With the advancement of the new socialist countryside,although the rural basic education has received widespread attention,education in rural areas is still the weak proportion of China's basic education due to the effect of economic and social factors.There are still a lot of problems in faculty development,especially the physical education teachers team construction in remote rural primary school,which is the weak links of the handicap.In order to further advance the strategic layout of "four comprehensive" of the central committee of the communist party in China,and strengthen the construction of remote rural teachers team,narrow the gap between urban and rural teachers' level and ensure every village child can receive fair and high quality of education,“The plan of rural teacher support(2015—2020)” has been issued by the general office of the state council.As physical education is an important part of basic education,the construction of the faculty is the key to guarantee the quality of the physical education teaching.Along with the raise of “The plan of rural teacher support(2015—2020)”,the construction of physical education teachers team of rural primary school ushered in the new development opportunity.This study aims to investigate the current situation of physical education teachers team construction of rural primary school in Guazhou county,Gansu province by the methods of literatures review,questionnaire,mathematical statistics,etc.So as to summarize the influence factors of physical education teachers team construction,and to provide reference for developing and implementing of “The plan of rural teacher support(2015—2020)” in rural poverty-stricken area.What's more,combining with the local practical issues and “The plan of rural teacher support(2015—2020)”,it aims to put forward the corresponding suggestions and countermeasures for the construction of physical education teachers team of rural primary school in Guazhou county.The major conclusions of this study are showing as fellows:1.The full-time physical teachers of rural elementary schools in Guazhou county are lacking,and few physical teachers taking the jobs through passing the recruit teaching exam;Besides,the structure of physical teachers' gender and age are not balanced,and there is a lack of young teachers and experienced teachers;Moreover,the education level of these physical teachers is not high,and the titles of these teachers are mainly primsry degree of which the structure is relatively single.2.The effect of physical teaching class of rural elementary schools in Guazhou county is general.Over 50% students believe physical class are free activities.Besides,students can participate in the activities of long recess sports only few times a week.Moreover,the part-time sports training has not been effectively carried out by physical teachers.3.The sports teaching venue construction of rural elementary schools in Guazhou county is not perfect,and there is a big gap of facilities construction between the rural primary school and county primary school.There is less opportunity for physical teachers of rural primary school in Guazhou county to participate in sports scientific research and professional skills training especially with a low porportion of the numbers of part-time participants.Physical teachers think the effect of training is not ideal.4.The physical teachers of rural primary school in Guazhou county know little about "the project",which is not conducive to their understanding and mastery of preferential policies.What's more,the salary of the full-time physical teachers is not high,which will directly affect the stability of their work.For one thing,there is a lack of the construction of the honor system for the rural physical teachers.For another physical teachers are always at a disadvantaged position when they are in awards activities.5.The main problems existing in the team construction of physical education teachers at rural primary schools under the policy in Guazhou county are as follows.The implementation and publicity of the “plan” does not reach the expected goal in local area;the structure of physical education teachers is unreasonable,and their work enthusiasms are not high;PE teachers' welfare treatment is not good,and they hold poor sense of honor;the schools do not emphasis on their physical education teachers which causes low social status of these teachers;the construction of schools' strengthen sports facilities is not perfect.6.The development and implementation of the plan for the construction of the physical education teachers in the rural primary schools in Guazhou County: the local publicity and implementation of the "plan" need to be further strengthened;widen the supplementary channels to improve the professional ability of teachers;improve the treatment and status of these physical teachers to ensure the stability of their jobs;Try to develop the regional economy and improve the rural primary school physical education teachers' working and living conditions;make good use of local conditions and strengthen the development and utilization of local national folk sport resources.
