Innovation is the driving force for the development of a country,is a perfect system of security,is the catalyst technology and technological progress,so China is whether the action or policy are to encourage college students to innovate.However,under the long-term Chinese oriented education training,most of the students learning to "test mode",the purpose of the lack of strong ability of thinking,formed the examination oriented education thinking.In the realization of innovation projects are often accompanied by the innovation team,the "examination oriented education thinking" have seriously affected the students' innovation team set a new decision preference,causing social two prominent phenomenon'cooperation consciousness is not strong " and " wound No new generation.So the purpose of this study is to influence factors from the examination oriented education from the perspective of thinking oriented education thinking and other environmental variables of university innovation team innovation decision preference.And put forward the countermeasures and suggestions of management according to the analysis results provide direction for enhancing the capacity of team construction of College students' innovation,provide a means of promotion university students' innovation team innovation decision-making preferences.It has good theoretical and practical significance of the research.This research work is mainly divided into four parts.Firstly,concept of existing examination oriented education thinking feature set the group level to expand the situation and rich.Based on the rich theoretical system which has more practical significance.Secondly,using semi-structured interview way to investigate the interpersonal relationship network innovation team and the team building network was constructed,using social network analysis method to analyze the innovation team interpersonal relationship network three aspects advisory network,emotional network and network cooperation and team building has significant positive relationship,the influence factors and establishing influence path establishment in According to this paper.Thirdly,based on the theory of planned behavior rational adjustment for group level characteristics were analyzed,and based on the theoretical model of factors affecting the adjusted model of innovation decision preference of university students' innovation team building,using the structural equation method the influence of verified thinking and other environmental variables on the exam oriented education,the theexamination oriented education thought has a negative effect on College Students' innovation team innovation decision preference;context adaptability,belief consistency,personnel structure,knowledge sharing and organizational support for university students' innovation team set a new decision preference has significant positive effects.Finally,according to the research results of this paper for each Influence factors are analyzed and the suggestions put forward at the same time improve the training mode of innovative talents in Colleges and universities,to improve college students' innovative team building methods,strategies to improve university students' innovation team innovation decision-making innovation decision preference level and the concrete implementation of the recommendations.
