Globalization and informationization bring about the Globalization and informationization bring about the transformation of talent view,and "heading to the core literacy" is becoming the trend of the world basic education curriculum reform.In order to take on the global challenges,our country has put forward the core literacy development system with “to cultivate all-round development of man” as the core,including culture foundation,independent development and social participation.It has also defined the talent cultivation requirements with a combination of individual development and social development,and pointed out the direction of how to further promote the reform of basic education course,which will accordingly lead to profound changes in the education field.To cultivate students' core qualities and help students develop healthy mentality which meets the needs of life-time development and social development through the mental health education of the moral classes will also be the focus of every ideological and moral teacher.Based on the writer's personal practice of teaching,this paper takes a holistic approach to the all-round development of students,and makes an exploratory research on the time effectiveness of the psychological health education in the moral classes of junior high school.Firstly,it defines the concepts of core accomplishment,moral character education of mental health,analyzes the correlation and overviews the theoretical basis and ideological resources which guides the textual research.Then based on reading document literature,it applies the methods of survey and interview,integrates scene observation to find out the major problems lying in the ideological and moral education of mental health and the cause analysis.The problems include emphasizing textbooks while neglecting students therefore impeding students' selfdependent development;emphasizing scores while neglecting skills and abilitiestherefore impeding the acquirement of essential abilities;emphasizing theories while neglecting practice therefore impeding students' social participation;emphasizing designing while neglecting participation therefore impeding exploration spirit cultivation.After that it analyzes the causes from the aspects of schools,teachers,students,families and evaluation.Lastly,it proposes the path of the mental health education in moral character: from the school aspect to co-ordinate the school education and to carry out the core concept of literacy;from the teachers' aspect,to improve the professional qualities of teachers and to enhance the consciousness of core accomplishment;from the students' aspect,to promote the active participation of students to strengthen students' core qualities;from the families' aspect,to exert the home school synergy,to lay a good psychological foundation;from the evaluation aspect,to change the education evaluation mechanism and insist on the core quality guidance,in order to help with the teaching and reseach,help students set up healthy mentality and improve their core quality.
