The pace of deepening the reform of education in China is moving forward,and the focus of teaching reform is to promote and improve the core quality of Chinese students.With the launch of "discipline core literacy",the research of discipline core literacy is promoting the development and reform of China's education.Health literacy is an important index to judge the individual health level,and the physical health of teenagers is also affected by health literacy.Cultivating teenagers to learn health knowledge and make them have good health literacy is one of the important tasks of modern school physical education.In the outline of "healthy China 2030" plan released by the state in 2016,it is clearly pointed out that health education is the most important content in all students' educational experience.Health education is summarized into national education,and the reform direction of school physical education has been determined.Students with good health literacy will help them establish a correct outlook on life,health and safety,and promote students to develop healthy and civilized living habits and ways.How to cultivate students' health literacy in the core literacy of physical education has become an important thinking point for the reform and development of school physical education.This paper takes the cultivation strategy of health literacy of junior middle school students under the core literacy of sports discipline as the research object,takes junior middle school students in Dalian as the survey object,and constructs the evaluation index of health literacy of junior middle school students with sports core literacy by using the methods of literature,expert interview,Delphi,questionnaire and mathematical statistics.Finally,the questionnaire is formulated according to the established index,and the questionnaire is distributed to nine junior middle schools in Dalian,Understand the current situation of junior middle school students' health literacy,give training strategies,strive to provide reference basis for the cultivation of junior middle school students' physical education health literacy,and provide some guidance for the health literacy of students of this age group at the same time.This study draws the following conclusions:(1)The evaluation indexes of junior middle school students' health literacy determined by Delphi method include: 2 first-class indexes,10 second-class indexes and 28 third-class indexes.(2)Through the questionnaire survey of health literacy of junior middle school students in Dalian,it is concluded that the average level of health ability of junior middle school students in Dalian is higher than the average level of health knowledge.The development of health literacy of junior middle school students in Dalian is uneven.There is a phenomenon of gender difference between men and women.The overall health literacy level of male junior middle school students is higher than that of female junior middle school students.Through interviews with front-line physical education teachers,it is concluded that the reasons for the lack of this phenomenon are the lack of students' health knowledge and health ability training and the problems of modern school education mechanism.(3)This paper puts forward the Cultivation Strategies of health literacy of junior middle school students from the perspective of core literacy of physical education discipline and from the aspects of school,society and family: constructing physical education teaching system from the perspective of core literacy of physical education discipline,guiding physical education teaching objectives,reconstructing physical education teaching content and creating physical education teaching evaluation;Optimize the school health education system,cultivate students' understanding of health literacy,broaden the publicity channels of health literacy,reform the physical education system and assessment mechanism,strengthen the school's organization and management and the professional words training of physical education teachers,and cultivate campus sports culture;Establish a channel to cultivate family health literacy,improve the guardian's own health literacy,create a good family environment and enhance the communication between parents and children;Strengthen the social training of junior middle school students' health literacy,establish a social health environment,and promote the fairness of health education opportunities;Form a linkage mechanism of school,family and social health education.
