Since China’s reform and opening up,in order to promote the coordinated development of urban and rural areas,the Chinese government introduced the policy of the farmer-to-citizen community building.Although the farmer-to-citizen community residents have made great progress than before in the material level,the farmer-to-citizen community residents’ overall cultural accomplishment remains to be improved in the spiritual level,especially in adolescent developmental education.At present,although most of the developmental education with the youth from the farmer-to-citizen community has been paid great attention to by the related departments,especially the schools.It also has issued some policies,and through a series of education and teaching activities to enhanced the pertinence of the developmental education with the youth from the farmer-to-citizen community.As a result,it is proved that the effect is not so obvious after the implementation.While Most of the young students’ general developmental education needs can ’t be well met.Thus,this paper takes the young students of farmer-to-citizen community from S school as the main research object.By using the literature method,interview method,observation method,questionnaire survey and other research methods,this paper helps us to know more about the present situation of developmental education with the youth from the farmer-to-citizen community of the S school,including school education concept,present situation of the developmental education in classroom teaching,developmental education in community and family status,etc.,so as to find out the plight of the farmer-to-citizen community adolescent developmental education,which includes that the resource and opportunity coverage is insufficient.The classroom teaching is diversified and multiform but the developmental education is not so strongand targeted;The farmer-to-citizen community education resources utilization rate is not high;The family education function is missing.According to the ideas from the school,subject teaching,the farmer-to-citizen community environment,family education and the aspects of their own,it analyzes the deep reasons for the plight of developmental education from the farmer-to-citizen community.In view of the above-mentioned facts,the following countermeasures are put forward: strengthening the strength and pertinence to the school education for the farmer-to-citizen community adolescent developmental education community;Strengthening the comprehensive quality education of the residents the farmer-to-citizen community and improving the effectiveness of the family education and school education initiative.Making use of the high quality resources to construct the community outside the developmental education practice platform;Gradually optimize the farmer-to-citizen community human environment;Stimulating the initiative and creativity of the farmer-to-citizen community youth;This paper aims to provide a new reference for the comprehensive development,optimal development of the youth in the farmer-to-citizen community.At the same time,to implement the farmer-to-citizen community youth from teenagers to adults,and from traditional to modern new references for a smooth transition.
