Organizational silence is a phenomenon prevalent in various organizations,with no exception in kindergarten.Teachers could have put forward their personal thoughts,suggestions and opinions on the study of child care and education in order to solve the practical problems in work and improve the working quality.However,for a variety of reasons,teachers are more likely to retain their opinions,or to extract and filter their own views.This article mainly uses the literature method,the case study,the observation method,the interview method and the questionnaire survey method to carry on the related research on the organizational silence in the kindergarten.Through the study we found that organizational silence exerts both positive and negative impact on kindergarten,kindergarten-based research,interpersonal relationships and individual teachers.Teachers' silence of organization mainly shows up as the maintenance of silence,avoidance of important questions for the easy,self-depreciation and selective expression.Through the interviews and questionnaires of kindergarten teachers in Fujian province,it is found that the motivation of teachers' organizational silence is mainly composed of four dimensions:acquiescent silence,indifferent silence,defensive silence and pro-social silence.Among all acquiescent silence and indifferent silence are of significant importance.Finally,the researcher proposes the corresponding measures from the three aspects,which is kindergarten management,kindergarten-based research and individual teacher,so as to reduce the organizational silence,and thus improve the working efficiency and promote teachers' professional development.
