| In recent years,students' physical condition has been declining year by year.In response to President Xi Jinping's call for strengthening the health of primary and middle school students,in 2014,the Beijing municipal commission of education and education launched a program to promote the physical quality of primary and secondary schools students.In view of the purpose of this paper,the paper uses the methods of literature,investigation,expert interview and mathematical Statistics.According to the investigation data,the variance analysis and independent sample t test of mathematical statistics,results are obtained as follows:1.The "high participation small" project has a significant positive influenceon the height and weight change of the students;2.There was a substantial improvement in the performance of 50 meters run,one minute jump rope achievement,the sit-ups,and the students' lung capacity with the “high participation small” project carried out;3.Although there was no obvious influence on the performance of seat body forward bend,it still provides us chances to figure out deficiencies and correct them to make progress.4.In general,the "high participation small" project has a clear positive effect on improving students' physical fitness level.All in all,based on the exploration and analysis of "the capital university of physical education in the elementary school sports characteristic development work",the results of national physical health level test about students from grade one to grade three in three primary schools in Dongcheng district were analyzed.Through scientific methods,it is proved that "high participation small" project improves the students' physical health level,which hasan obvious positive effect.This researchalso provides a reference for the exploration of the special development of primary school sports,meanwhile,it sets afoundation for the development of the follow-up projects. |
