| The Guidelines for Learning and Development for Children 3-6 Years of Ages has clearly stated that the key to study children ’s art major for children is to fully create conditions and opportunities for them and make they feel and experience beauty in nature and in the social and cultural life so that their imagination and creativity can be enriched.It also said that the development goal of art education about children in middle class of kindergarten is to express the things observed or imagining through painting or artwork.As the teachers,they need to guide the children to feel and find beauty through their hearts and then express and create beauty in their own way.Activity in art creation area,one of the important part in preschool art education,contains a wealth of educational value.Guiding behaviors of teachers in the art creation area affect the development of aesthetic feeling and creativity of children.This study aims to see the teachers’ guiding behaviors in the art creation area and find the problems of teachers’ guiding behaviors.Based on the purpose of this study,the researcher selected teachers from A kindergarten middle class in Anshan City as the research object.In this study,the author used the method of observation,interview to describe and analyze the guiding behaviors of different teachers.The analysis of the behaviors of the teachers contains four main parts,including the focus of guidance,the way to guide the opportunity to guide and the role of teacher in guiding.The researcher try to objectively reflect the guiding reality of the middle class teachers in the activities of the art district and then explore the problems of their guiding behavior.Then attribution analysis will be conducted.The study found that the teacher in the middle class art teacher guidance behavior has the following problems: 1.Teachers’ guidance focuses on imparting knowledge and skills;2.Instructor’s guidance is high control,especially focusing on demonstrating;3.The guidance ofteachers sometimes laissez-faire;next,it analyzes reasons causing the problems existing in the instructor’s behavior in the middle school in the study,and the conclusion are made by two part: 1.The middle school teachers of children’s art education literacy needs to be improved;2.The middle school teachers pay much attention to the dominant results of children’s Art District’s activities;3.The middle school teachers can’t grasp the educational function of the Art District’s activities exactly.Finally the following educational recommendations are made: 1,the middle school teachers of children’s art education literacy needs to be improved;2,the guidance should highlight children experience,and take into account the works of art as well;3,the guidance of middle school teachers should highlight the characteristics of free,autonomy and self-section of the activity area. |
