| The education in some undeveloped rural regions is one of the indispensable and important components in the educational fields of our country.It is the significant content to enhance the fairness and justice in our education and to realize modernized education.It is one of the important steps to insist the people oriented idea and to promote the humanitarian spirit.It is also the main tasks to give high priority to ensuring and improving the people’s wellbeing and to build a socialism harmonious society.The Ten‐year Development Plan On Educational Informatization(2010‐2020)promotes that the emphasis should be put on supporting school informatization and public service system construction in rural areas,in outlying and poverty‐stricken parts and minority concentrated regions,trying to shorten the digital gaps between regions,between urban and rural areas and between schools.By 2015,wide band should be able to be used in all kinds of schools.More than access bandwidth 100 Mbps can be used in middle and primary schools.Over access bandwidth 2Mbps should be used in the schools of outlying and poverty‐stricken areas and rural ones.But more than half of the time has passed so far,it is developed slower in the schools of the rural and undeveloped regions.This thesis can exactly show the current situation of information education construction in the rural and undeveloped regions.Through analyzing,the main problems and wide gaps,compared with the developed areas,must be found out so that some suggestions and strategies have to be proposed and improved,which can offer help and reference to develop the information education construction.What’s more,we also hope that they can give some help in the promotion of the information education construction in other undeveloped regions.There are five parts in this thesis.In Part I,the study background,purpose,significance,the main research contents and methods of information education in elementary and secondary schools of undeveloped regions are mainly introduced.The emphasis is placed on the significance to the information education in rural middle and primary schools at present.In Part II,the current situation of information education in rural and undeveloped regions is studied,which is analyzed from two aspects of domestic and foreign.In Part III,the exsiting problems about information education in rural and undeveloped regions are analyzed.In Part IV,the developing strategies on information education in rural and undeveloped regions are mentioned on the basis of the above methods.In Part V,there is a summary of the thesis,which shows the research conclusion and the future study direction of the paper.Of course,the study on multimedia teaching in middle and primary schools is still in the constant exploration.Due to all kinds of limitions,there are some shortages in the research.At the end of the thesis,on the basis of summing up the research findings,some reflections are also done about this research in order to clear the direction of development in the future study. |
