With the increasing changing of information technologies,not only providing forceful power for school's education and teaching,but also supply new approaches for the development of teaching.In 2014,the ministry of education published:?the standard of applying information-based technology in elementary,middle and high schools' teacher?(try out),which precisely ask these teachers who shall make full use of any kind of opportunities to achieve themselves development,including promoting the teaching skills,using the information-based technologies and widely achieving self-development.In the following content of this paper,using questionnaires and interview to do research and analyze the current situation of the middle school's information-based teaching in Dongxiang nationality autonomous county.Which is aimed at finding the existed problems in it and combining with the reality of the middle school's geography teaching in Dongxiang nationality autonomous county,providing some detailed and practical improvement measures.Hoping to offer some help to countless geography teachers,especially those who teach at the territory of nationality,about the middle school's information-based teaching.This article summarizes the existed information of teaching and research at home and abroad,understanding and mastering the concept of informatization teaching,including the dimensions of the questionnaire.Based on the actual situation of Dongxiang county,the questionnaire was divided into six dimensions and 19 indicators,with self-made interview outline.Secondly,all the geography teachers(35)of Dongxiang county at 15 secondary schools were surveyed by the questionnaires and interviews.fifteen geography teachers were interviewed.Finally,the data were analyzed statistically by Excel and SPSS18.0.Through the analysis of the survey data,found the following questions:There are imperfections in the information-based teaching equipment and resources,appearing the polarization of teaching equipment among different regions.Teacher who highly praised and know about the information-based teaching,while no good in applying.The geography teachers who did not do well in handle the information-based teaching knowledge and techniques.The applying of information-based teaching do good in the range,however no chop in the depth.The entire information-based teaching training scheme is sole,lack of training resources,the frequency of information-based teaching training is low,which cannot meet the needs of information-based teaching training.Due to the research conclusions mentioned above,this paper come up wit h the improvement proposals respectively from teacher,school and government.The aspect of teacher:Transform teaching concept;Improving themselves infor mation-based teaching skills;Strengthening the integration of knowledge and info rmation technology of geography.The aspect of school:The school's leader shal l intensively support the information-based teaching;Encouraging the information-based teaching;Combining information-based teaching into the performance mea surement.The aspect of government:Increasing the aimed teacher's training;Stre ngthening school district integrated management;Improving the employment of t eacher and major-matched problems;Constructing standardized schools to promot e balanced development of Compulsory Education.
