Purpose:The quality of non-glacial training of speed skating can affect the effect of ice training to a certain extent,As a strong province of speed skating in China,the training level of young athletes in Heilongjiang Province directly affects the reserve of speed skating talents in our country.In order to understand the non-glacial training process of the youth speed skaters in Heilongjiang Province,this paper provides a reference for the training of teenagers speed skaters.Method:Through access to literature,interviews with experts,the development of a questionnaire,the municipal sports schools,provincial ice training center,Provincial Institute of snow and ice and other professional institutions to investigate.Using the experimental method,48 athletes were tested to study the effects of different training methods such as strength and speed,endurance on athletic ability in 13-15 year and 16-18 age groups,and to analyze the effect of different training methods in sensitive period of body speed development in different age groups.Data were analyzed using Spss16.0 software,and one-way ANOVA was used for the treatment.P<0.05 was considered statistically significant.Results:First,nearly 80 kinds of training methods used in non-ice period training,more than 20 kinds of common methods used in youth training.Second,the types of non-ice age training methods for young speed skaters in Heilongjiang Province mainly focus on physical and technical aspects,and their strength and speed,endurance training are the main features in physical training.In the means of strength training often use Semi-squat load,weight squat,bench press supine and other training methods;In endurance training means to use more power bicycles,3000 meters,5000 meters running and other training methods;In the speed of training methods to use more 400 meters,rapid alternating run,all kinds of jump and other training methods.Third,the results of speed and endurance group were significantly better than those of power group and control group(p<0.05)in the 13-15 age group;in the 16-18 age group,the score of power group was obviously better than that of speed and endurance group And control group(p<0.05).Conclusion:First,coaches should be based on the characteristics of speed skating projects and the physiological characteristics of young athletes and other aspects of the characteristics of scientific and rational development of effective training programs and programs,combined with the juvenile competition cycle to develop the relevant cycle training programs,training and competition science Docking.Second,youth speed skaters in 13-15-year old age should pay attention to the development of speed endurance quality,it is recommended to use more road bikes(power bicycles),endurance running and other training methods;in 16-18 age group should pay attention to the development of power quality by using more weight squatting,vertical and horizontal and other training methods.Third,innovative training methods and tools,focusing on improving speed skating special,technical,physical ability.In non-glacial training,coaches should observe the physical and psychological conditions of young athletes in time and attach importance to the comprehensive and balanced development of young athletes'technical skills,tactics and psychology.
