Research On The Matching Of College Students' Entrepreneurship Team And Project Based On The JingYou Features Of Entrepreneurial Ability

In the upsurge of innovation and entrepreneurship,college students have become the main force of "entrepreneurship and innovation for all" in the new era.Under the guidance of the government and colleges and universities,the number of college students participating in entrepreneurship is increasing year by year.However,the management of College Students' entrepreneurial projects still stays in the management of new projects,and often ignores the dynamic management and development of existing entrepreneurial projects.In fact,many existing projects are often not identified and developed in time due to the lack of sufficient technical and team support at that time,resulting in a large number of waste of project resources.Nowadays,the start-up of a project can no longer be separated from the formation of an entrepreneurial team.We should make sure that the "team is suitable for the project" and let the entrepreneurial team play a greater role in the enterprise.Based on this,the matching problem between entrepreneurial teams and projects of college students has certain research value.Firstly,this paper reviews the relevant literature of entrepreneurial team,Jing You theory,innovative entrepreneurial ability,and reviews the literature on the basis of literature review and analysis;secondly,combined with the current development status of innovative entrepreneurial ability,this paper constructs the entrepreneurial ability index system of College Students' entrepreneurial team based on Delphi method;finally,based on the Jing You Features of entrepreneurial ability,it constructs the entrepreneurial team of college students-Items to match.Based on the analysis of the match between the entrepreneurial team and the project,this paper constructs the individual advantage identification model of the entrepreneurial team and the entrepreneurial project based on the identification of Jing You Features of innovative entrepreneurial ability,so as to realize the identification of the c Jing You Features of the entrepreneurial team and the entrepreneurial project.Based on the projection decision-making method,the matching degree of the entrepreneurial team project of college students is calculated.Finally,the Hungarian method is used to determine the decision-making scheme based on the matching degree result.The results show that through the matching of the two,the early guarantee of College Students' entrepreneurship is realized,and then the method support and management reference are provided for colleges and relevant managers.Finally,according to the method flow and system constructed in this paper,practical calculation is carried out,the dynamic identification and management process of entrepreneurial teams and entrepreneurial projects are illustrated with examples,the use process of entrepreneurial team project matching method is verified,and specific management suggestions are put forward.
