As one of the essential physical qualities of basketball players,the sensitive quality should get more attention from the basketball practitioners in the field of young players' training.As a training method to improve the sensitive quality,ladder training has been proved to be effective,but the current research processes and methods have several limitations.This paper attempts to combine the ladder training with the weight-bearing training to study whether the ladder training can improve the sensitivity of the basketball players while the athletes increase the weight-bearing state.In the same time,this study is going to find out the proper level of weight-bearing that can be used for the ladder training by wearing different weights for the athletes and comparing the improvements of athletes' sensitivity.The effect of training is in the priority.Therefore,the training method that can further improve the sensitive quality of junior high school male basketball players is explored,which lays a scientific training theory and practical foundation for youth basketball training,and contributes to the development of basketball in China.By using the methods of literature,mathematical statistics and experiment,this paper studies the influence of soft ladder training on the sensitivity of junior high school male basketball players.Taking 40 male basketball players from three schools of Yangzhen No.2 Middle School,Shunyi No.3 Middle School and Beiwu Middle School as experimental subjects,the subjects were randomly divided into four groups,including ten players for each group.They were trained with 5%,10% and 15%weightlessness for eight weeks respectively.Eight test indicators were selected for testing,and the changes of test indicators before and after the experiment were compared.Through the analysis of the experimental results,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)Comparing the training of the soft ladder under the load condition with the training of the soft ladder under the non-load condition,the improvement of the ability to change movement is not significant.The vertical push-ups did not show any improvement.Nebraska sensitivity test showed a significant improvement,but the different loads did not show a gradient effect.(2)Comparing the training of the soft ladder under the load condition with the training of the soft ladder under the non-load condition,the training of the soft ladder has a significant improvement in the ability to change direction.T-run and Illinois test both had significant improvement.The weight gain of the group with a load of 10%of the weight is most pronounced.Group weight gain of 10% of weight is better than other negative reorganization.(3)Comparing the training of the soft ladder under the load condition with that under the non-load condition,the coordination of the training of the soft ladder has a significant improvement.Cross quadrant jump and cross-jump have significant improvement.(4)Compared with the non-weight-bearing training,the soft ladder training under the load-bearing condition has a significant improvement on the basketball's special sensitivity and shows a good and significant gradient effect in both the hexagonal movement and dribble return.The weight gain of the group with a load of10% of the weight is most pronounced.Based on the results,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)The improvement of the sensitivity of the junior high school men's basketball players under the weight-bearing state is better than that of the junior high school men's basketball players that are without weight-bearing.(2)Compared with the effect of 5%,10% and 15% of the weight training,the ladder training in the state of negative weight 10% is the best for improving thesensitivity of junior high school men's basketball players.
