Relevant studies have shown that the physical health indicators of some primary and secondary school students are declining year by year,mainly due to the children's lack of activity venues,the loss of traditional sports activities,and the current excessive use of electronic products by children.In view of the above situation,the purpose of this paper is to introduce the concept of “Four micro” into the physical training of the school.“Four micro” means “micro-field”,“micro-time”,“micro-content”,and “micro-equipment”.It means providing students with 1.5m2~3m2 percapita mini-sports venue,spending 6~8 minutes for a short period of time,using limited items of equipment,arranging simple and easy to learn sports activities to carry out extra-curricular sports exercises,to promote the reform and development of school extracurricular sports.Introduce the China's traditional sports project “rubberband skipping” to physical training in schools.Through regular observation and practice,this paper studies the impact of “rubberband skipping” on students' institutional health indicators." rubberband skipping " is a systemic exercise in which the activity of the lower extremities is dominant.It enhances myocardial function and accelerates systemic blood circulation.It has a good effect to promote the development of the respiratory system for children.It can also increase the elasticity of the lower limb muscle ligaments and promote the growth of the skeleton.The rubber band needs strong coherence,as well as the ability to control and judge,and it helps to improve the coordination and response of the nervous system and attention.Also the rubberband skipping is very flexible on moving venues,practice time,activity content,and use of equipment are low,So it is suitable for children to carry out their activities at extra-curricular training time.In this paper,through literature research methods,investigation methods(including questionnaire surveys and interviews),observation methods,experimental methods,and mathematical statistics methods,96 students in two classes of the second grade of Longteng Primary School in Shijiazhuang City were tested.Exercising for extracurricular physical exercise interventions for a period of 16 weeks,selecting pre-experiment and post-experiment samples for physical fitness tests(50m run,1 minute skipping,seated body flexion)and “Schutle Attention" test,and obtain complete experimental data,and use the software of EXCEL2016,SPSS20.0,etc.to performs statistical analysis of the data.Results:(1)There was no significant difference between the experimental class and the control class in the physical quality and the attention index of Schulte(P>0.05).(2)After the experiment,there was a highly significant difference between the experimental class and the control class in the Schulte attention test(T=-9.305,P<0.01).Among the physical quality indicators,there was a highly significant difference in the 50-meter run between the experimental class and the control class(T=-5.405,P<0.01),there is a highly significant difference in this indicator of one-minute skipping(T=3.072,P<0.01),and there is a highly significant difference in the index of seated body flexion(T=2.666,P<0.01);(3)Through interviews with seven school leaders and teachers,and observations of students' extra-curricular exercises in the entire school,it is shown that under the concept of “Four Micros”people are encouraged to participate in extra-curricular sports activities and create a good atmosphere for extra-curricular sports activities.Conclusion:(1)The “Four micros” concept has a positive effect on improving the physical quality and attention of second-year primary school students.(2)Under the guidance of the “Four Micros” concept,the introduction of rubber banding exercises into physical exercise has improved the atmosphere of students' extracurricular physical exercises,increased the participation of teachers and students,and changed the concept of extracurricular physical exercise at Longteng Primary School in Shijiazhuang City.It also inherited and promoted our country's traditional folk sports.
