Table tennis is an interesting and competitive sports in one,in our country has a broad mass base,deeply loved by students.When participating in table tennis,students must pay close attention to the changes of the speed,rotation and falling point of table tennis,so as to promote the development of students' attention.Attention is the gateway of all psychological activities,is the basic premise of human activities,it plays a vital role in human development.In education,attracting and maintaining attention is an eternal topic.Junior middle school students are in the stage of individual physical and mental maturity,and at the same time they are faced with many factors that interfere with their attention,it is of great significance to the development of individual body-mind integration.This research takes the table tennis extracurricular exercise to the second grade student attention influence as the research object,uses the literature material method,the experimental method and so on research method,takes the second grade student of Yiling middle school as the experimental object,the experimental class and control class were randomly selected to study 40 students in each class,including 20 boys and 20 girls in each class.The experimental class takes the table tennis teaching plan of this semester as the content of extracurricular exercise,and carries on other extracurricular exercises in contrast with the class.This article takes the table tennis exercise as the intervention means,explores the table tennis exercise to the attention influence,analyzes the table tennis exercise and the attention quality intrinsic link,in order to enrich the sports exercise to the attention influence theory research,to deepen the value of table tennis in the attention development of junior middle school students,and to provide reference for the development of table tennis in schools.Results:1.Before and after the experiment,the attention distribution ability of students in the experimental class had a very significant difference(P<0.01),while that of students in the control class had no significant difference(P>0.05);After the experiment,there was a significant difference between the two classes in the ability to assign attention(P<0.01).2.Before and after the experiment,there was no significant difference in the attention span of students in the experimental class(P>0.05),while there was no significant difference in the attention span of students in the control class(P>0.05).After the experiment,there was no significant difference in attention span between the two classes(P>0.05).3.Before and after the experiment,the stability of attention of students in the experimental class was significantly different(P<0.01),while that of students in the control class was significantly different(P<0.05).After the experiment,there was a significant difference in the stability of attention between the two classes(P<0.01).4.Before and after the experiment,there was no significant difference in the attention transfer ability of the experimental class(P>0.05),while there was no significant difference in the attention transfer ability of the control class(P>0.05).After the experiment,there was no significant difference in attention transfer ability between the two classes(P>0.05).5.Before and after the experiment,the comprehensive ability of attention of students in the experimental class was significantly different(P<0.01),while that of students in the control class was significantly different(P<0.05).After the experiment,there was significant difference between the two classes in the comprehensive ability of attention(P<0.01).The results of the study were analyzed,and the conclusion was drawn:14 weeks of table tennis training can significantly improve the ability of attention distribution,attention stability and comprehensive attention of junior two students;It has no significant effect on the attention span and attention transfer ability of junior two students.
