This study investigates 550 high school students with learning process questionnaire of Learning Motivation Scale,learning flow questionnaire.Statistical analyzed of the results of the questionnaire,this study deeply analyzed the relationship of high school students' learning motivation,flow experience and academic achievement.The results are as follows:This paper investigated present situation of high school students' learning motivation,flow experience and academic achievement.The results showed that the achievement motivation of students in High School is the main learning motivation.The flow experience of high school students is mainly based on the balance of tasks and skills.The highest is Chinese achievement,then is English achievement and the lowest is the mathematics achievement.In gender there are significant differences in mathematics achievement,achievement motivation,task and skill balance,purpose and feedback.There are significant differences in the learning motivation,flow experience and academic achievement of high school students with parental highest academic qualifications.Parents with higher education show higher flow experience to high school students.This paper studied the relationship of high school students' learning motivation,flow experience and academic achievement.The results showed that high school students' learning motivation has correlation with flow experience and subjects scores.Academic achievement has significant positive correlation with flow experience.Learning motivation has a significant positive effect on flow experience,and high school students' flow experience has a significant positive effect on academic achievement.Flow experience plays an intermediary role between high school students' learning motivation and academic achievement.Flow experience plays an intermediary role between deep motivation and academic achievement.
