The Kindergarten Education Guidance Program(Trial)(The Program)promulgated in 2001 points out that rural and urban kindergartens should make full use of local resources to construct the curriculum which is fit for the development of native children.Social resources should be made full use of to guide the children to experience the rich and excellent national culture and the changes and development of our hometown,then kids love for their hometown and nation can be activated.Guideline to the Learning and Development of Children Aged 3~6 refers to that kindergartens should cooperate closely with families and communities,make a comprehensive use of educational resources,and together create favorable conditions for the development of children.Although at the national level,kindergartens are called on to apply the local resources into teaching,there are still some problems and deficiencies which exist in the exploitation and utilization of local resources in the real rural kindergarten music teaching.So exploiting and using local resources in rural kindergarten music teaching can not only enrich the content of rural children music teaching and make up for the resource shortages compared with the urban kindergartens,but also help rural children know the natural ecological environment of their hometown,inherit the customs and culture of their hometown and motivate the love for their hometown.These coincide with the view of children education in The Program and The Guideline.This thesis focuses on the research of the exploitation and utilization of local resources in the rural kindergarten music teaching.Through going deep into the rural kindergartens,talking with the kindergarten principles and teachers and observing the actual music teaching activities in rural kindergartens,many on-the-spot data are obtained.Based on the stratified sampling method,this research chooses 28 rural kindergartens from 7 counties among rural kindergartens in Harbin as the research object,and then kindergarten principles and teachers of the 28 rural kindergartens are interviewed respectively and take the concessionaire survey,parts of music teaching activities are also observed and recorded.The research consists of four parts: the first part mainly expounds the research background,method,purpose and significance,as well as the literature review at home and abroad.The second part shortly introduces the composition of the rural local resources in Harbin,then combined with the questionnaire survey data,interview,and observation record,the current situation of the exploitation and utilization of local resources in the rural kindergarten music teaching is analyzed.In the third part,the causes of the problems in the current situation of the exploitation and utilization of local resources in the rural kindergarten music teaching are analyzed.In the fourth part,strategies and suggestions for the exploitation and utilization of local resources in the rural kindergarten music teaching are proposed in the aspects of kindergarten teachers,kindergarten principles and external support.
