Under China’s era background of economic globalization, social informatization, cultural diversification and it’s dual social structure of urban and rural, between which there is a big gap in music education.Rural music education which has been always accompanied by a variety of rural local music is actually far unenlightened and poor in rural society,especially in school.But rural local music culture which is outside of school music education,is active especially with traditional favor.Based on the "national training plan"(2014) to weak disciplines(Music) teacher’s tracking,interviews in rural primary and secondary schools in Hebei; Urban and Rural Schools’ Music Education baseline survey in Hebei Huaian County and music teaching fieldwork in Wanghutun center school which is of a village in Huaian County,Hebei Province, it analyzes the situation and the reasons of backward rural school’s music education.Here proposed in rural schools,it should be implemented with suitable local music courses to perfect,improve the quality of music teaching,enrich rural school’s music education, and realize the goal for protection and heritage of excellent local music culture.The implementation of rural local music programs has been carried out in China’s many primary and secondary schools.Based on research and analysis to rural local music curriculum implementation in Fujian,rural local music and rural local music textbook implementation in Shanghai Minhang District and funk-based curriculum implementation "Luanzhou shadowplay" in primary school of Longshan,Luan County in Hebei province, the author summarizes the successful specific measures and experience of rural local music courses’ s implementation in these three areas.Taking Huai’an County, Hebei Province which is the author’s hometown as an example, she analizes the species of local music, activities, and the relations between the local community and rural education, finally concluded that,implementing local music teaching is necessary and feasible in rural schools. According to the results, the author conducted experiments of local music appreciation courses in eighth grade(1) class in Wang Hu Tun Central School, Huai’an County, Hebei Province.Smoothly conducted class, good effect teaching made students feel warm and full of interest in learning.At the same time,The initial purpose of inheritting the rural local music culture had been realized, schoolteachers’ praises prove that it’s feasible and operable of teaching music in rural schools,and put forward the implementations and use of doing rural local musicprograms of original ideals in rural schools music.
