With the number of college graduates increased year by year,the success rate of employment has been declining in recent years,looking for a job is getting more and more hard.On one hand,it is very difficult for the graduates to find a job,some of the graduates found that there is a great gap between ideal and reality,they don't satisfy with their job and they have nothing to do with this situation.On the other hand,employers are always complaining about they can't recruit the right employees that they need.They usually have to spend a lot of time training new staff.And graduate's withdrawal rate is very high which making resource waste.Employers and employees could not satisfied at the same time.The reason is that the college graduates always have a low social awareness,occupation career planning education in Colleges and universities always focus on theory teaching and ignore the practical orientation of employment and occupation development,which couldn't make most of the company satisfyThis paper is based on the data of Z consulting company,to analyzes the self-cognition and the results of the Career Planning.The intermediaries which make career planning occupant with universities and employers,they help college student to make career planning and searching for the needs of enterprises,which make their requirements met.At last,the intermediaries can make employers and employees satisfied at the same time.
