The Mediating Effect Of College Students' Career Maturity On Career Planning And Employment Anxiety

With the economic downturn in my country,the transformation of the industrial structure,and the increasing number of colleges and universities enrolling ordinary undergraduate and junior college students,the employment situation has become increasingly severe.University students themselves are confused about employment,and the outside society is still selling employment anxiety to them.This makes the employment anxiety of contemporary college students more serious.Therefore,it is of far-reaching significance to study the status quo of career planning,career maturity and employment anxiety,and to explore the relationship between the three.On the basis of sorting out the concepts,influencing factors,functions,measurement tools,and related research of career planning,career maturity,and employment anxiety,this research took college students from a university in Tianjin as the research object.Career planning,career maturity and employment anxiety are studied,and the relationship between the three is explored.research shows:1.The career planning of college students is at the upper-middle level,and the career maturity of college students is at the upper-middle level.The degree of employment anxiety of college students is relatively high.2.The career planning of college students has significant differences in grades,whether they are single children,and whether they have part-time experience;their career maturity has significant differences in whether they are single children;their employment anxiety is significantly different in grades and whether they are single children.3.Career planning can reduce employment anxiety and improve career maturity.Increased career maturity can effectively alleviate employment anxiety.Career planning has an intermediary effect.
