Interpersonal communication is one of the essential activities in the daily life of middle school students.The so-called interpersonal communication refers to the interactive process in which the individual students can communicate with each other smoothly in the social life.Peer groups are one of the main objects of interpersonal communication among middle school students.Interpersonal communication between the two parties has an important impact on the academic,emotional,and psychological development of middle school students.Rural students have attracted much attention from the society.Rural boarding middle school students are the main body of rural schools and the invisible labor force for future rural development.They have always attracted the attention of researchers.However,in recent years,campus conflicts caused by interpersonal issues are common,which hinders the physical and mental health of rural middle school students to a certain extent and is not conducive to the construction of a harmonious and peaceful campus culture.Therefore,the communication between rural boarding middle school students and their peer groups needs to be paid more attention and attention is urgently needed.By consulting and studying previous literature,we can see that the study of middle school students tends to focus on the youth group,focusing on exploring their mental health,and most of them use quantitative research methods.In view of the particularity of the research object,the author uses qualitative research methods to trace the root causes of the difficulties in the interpersonal communication of rural boarding middle school students.With the help of the grounded theory research paradigm,bottom-up,layer-by-layer analysis,and from outside to inside,the peer group of rural boarding middle school students is found.Interpersonal difficulties are characterized by 6 aspects:little interaction and indifference to others;emotional change,prominent contradictions;too much attention to the language and demeanor of others;difficulty in contact with the opposite sex,avoiding the opposite sex;ignorance friends,longing for true friends;Pursuit of self and utilitarianism.It also explores that the factors affecting the interpersonal communication difficulties of peer groups in rural boarding middle school students mainly include four levels:individual,family,school,and social factors.Under these four core influencing factors,they also include their own categories,and find correlations.There are 12 codes.According to the story line from the interview materials,we can see that the factors affecting the difficult behaviors of interpersonal communication are inseparable from the theory of social ecosystems.The specific manifestations are as follows:social factors,family factors,school factors,and individual factors are embedded in the entire system.The included social factors can indirectly affect individuals' difficult interpersonal communication behaviors through family and school factors,and they can also directly affect individual behaviors.Family factors and school factors are in the meso system,which can directly affect individual interpersonal communication behaviors.It can cause individual interpersonal communication difficulties based on its own factors;individual factors mainly correspond to the micro-level of social ecosystem theory,which is an important link affecting the interpersonal communication difficulties of rural boarding middle school students.Finally,on the basis of constructing the corresponding models,corresponding suggestions are made from individual,family,school and social aspects.
