Chemical SOLO level refers to the students' thinking level when they are thinking about chemical problems,which can be divided into 5 levels from low to high: prestructure,uni-structure,multi-structure,relational structure and abstractly expanded structure..This spiral of the level of qualitative evaluation can improve the science of evaluating students' learning activities and promote their own development.Enhancing students' chemical SOLO level is not only conform to the requirements of elementary education reform to help the students learn to study and innovate,but also improve the students' core accomplishment.This paper defined the core concept of SOLO,reviewed its research history at home and abroad,briefly introduced the classification framework and main features of chemical SOLO level,and analyzed the characteristics of double helix rise of chemical obligatory content and chemical SOLO level.This paper investigated the freshmen of senior high school in the learning ability,learning motivation,learning strategies,class environment,teachers and family's factors.This paper put forward the teaching strategy of raising the SOLO levels of high school students and conducting the case study of student chemistry SOLO level transformation.The results show that the individual intervention counseling model can enhance students' chemical SOLO level.
