The Survey And Analysis Of Special Primary Sports Project

The establishment of Special Primary Sports project is an important measure to achieve personalized education?Early in 2009,the development of school's unique features project has been started to carry on.Using special sports project as tool,to demonstrate the school's philosophy.However,with the increasing number of special sports schools,of which some problems have appeared in the rapid development.This paper is aim to investigate the school's special sports project in Xinbei District,Changzhou,adopting the method of documentation,questionnaire,interview and logical analysis;Also to analyze the existing problems and put forward improving actions,as well as to provide some indication of primary school's special PE project for all other schools in China.Conclusion follows:1.The establishment of this project mainly aims to promote the development of all students,and reserve sports geniuses.The main project is traditional like basketball,football,volleyball,track and field.Also handball,shooting,archery,baseball and softball as assist.2.Most teachers in the survey think that the Special primary Sports project is promising.And there are three implementations and mainly realized in normal PE lessons,school-based sports lessons,club activity,after-class training,and so on.3.The main motivation to encourage kids to participate in the sports project is enhance their physical fitness and feel relax after busy learning,improve team spirit between them.School's reputation,and the overall level of physical education can be improved as well.4.The development of the project relies on the appreciation for the project from leaders,the energy and intellectual young teachers and the adequate funding and improved facilities.5.Difficulties are also existed during the implementation,such as spot check,the special courses are not special enough,etc.6.Rely on the effective combination of three models: the support of government,the inner self-development of school and External development cooperation.The school's special sports project can be steady and sustainable developed.
