| Research ObjectiveThis article mainly aims at Changzhou Wujin District private junior middle school physical education teacher occupation satisfaction analysis.Its main purpose is to understand the status quo of Changzhou city Wujin District private junior high school physical education teachers occupation satisfaction,find out the specific factors that influence the private junior high school physical education teachers’ satisfaction in Changzhou District of Wujin City,and then proposes some concrete countermeasures to enhance Wujin private junior high school physical education teachers occupation satisfaction.Hope that through the promotion of private junior high school physical education teachers’ job satisfaction,and constantly promote the development of private junior high school sports education in Wujin district.In order to improve the psychological health level of private junior high school physical education teachers.In order to lay the foundation for better study of the professional development of private PE teachers,and provide reference for the educational authorities and schools to formulate the reform program related to the physical education teachers’ profession.Research MethodUsing the adapted "Middle School PE Teachers’ Job Satisfaction Questionnaire" as a tool,this study obtains the status quo of the job satisfaction of the middle school PE teachers in Wujin District,and researches on the difference in the job satisfaction as reflected by the public middle school PE teachers and the private middle school PE teachers.Findings1.Generally,the job satisfaction of the middle school PE teachers in Wujin district is average,namely,general satisfaction.The teachers maintain a neutral attitude towards the job,social status and recognition,income level,colleague relation as well as leadership and management.They are dissatisfied with work pressure,further education,students’ quality and working environment.2.Obviously,there exists a significant difference between the public middle school PE teachers and the private middle school PE teachers in terms of the job satisfaction,further education,students’ quality,work pressure and income level;especially,the job satisfaction of the private middle school PE teachers is significantly lower than that of the public middle school PE teachers.3.After research,the author finds that the job satisfaction difference between the public middle school PE teachers and the private middle school PE teachers is related to gender,age,academic qualification as well as teaching years.The male private middle school PE teachers have a lower satisfaction towards further education,while the female private middle school PE teachers maintain a relative high satisfaction in terms of the students’ quality.26-30 year-old private middle school PE teachers have a lower satisfaction concerning further education,students’ quality,work pressure as well as income level,whereas 36-45 year-old private middle school PE teachers show a relative high satisfaction as far as working environment is concerned.The private middle school PE teachers with a bachelor degree present an obvious lower satisfaction in terms of students’ quality,further education and income level.The private middle school PE teachers with less than 3 years of teaching experience show an obvious lower satisfaction concerning colleague relation,whereas the private middle school PE teachers with 6-10 years of teaching experience present an obvious lower satisfaction in terms of students’ quality as well as further education.Research Conclusion1.The overall job satisfaction of middle school PE teachers in Wujin district stands at the medium level,but the public middle school PE teachers and the private middle school PE teachers present a certain degree of difference in some assessment elements.2.The job satisfaction value of the private middle school PE teachers is markedly lower than that of the public middle school PE teachers,which is mainly caused by the low income level,job insecurity and insufficient social security.3.In terms of gender difference,the male private middle school PE teachers are not happy with the insufficient promotion and further education and training opportunities while the female private middle school PE teachers are mainly dissatisfied with the low level of their education objects.With 26-30 year-old private middle school PE teachers whose life and work pressure being greater than any time in their life,the younger they are,the shorter their teaching years,the worse their job satisfaction becomes. |
