Investigation And Research Of The Current Situation Of Campus Football Training Among The Primary And Middle School In Yancheng

Campus football will be an important way of training young reserved players for our country,Yancheng has made some achievements in youth football training.in order to find a suitable youth football training model and summarize the successful experience of Yancheng football training,this paper use literature data method,expert interview method,questionnaire survey method and logical analysis method,to investigate the current situation about football training of 16 secondary schools,16 primary in Yancheng,to find out the existing problems,and sum up the successful experience,so as to the campus football effectively carried out to provide a reference,but also provide a feasible way for the cultivation of football reserve talents.The research results show that:(1)in the Ministry of education,the State Sports General Administration policy support,primary and secondary school after school training to usher in a rare opportunity.Yancheng education authorities attach great importance to the development of football in primary and secondary schools.(2)Yancheng coaches' age structure is more reasonable,the degree structure to undergraduate,but male and female coaches' ratio is imbalanced,the rate of professional coach is relatively low.(3)The majority of primary and secondary schools in Yancheng have formulated the relevant management system,and after school training strictly in accordance with the rules and regulations.Training times,training time and other aspects of the school,there is a certain degree of difference.(4)The main factors influencing the training effect of Yancheng coaches are logistics support,coaches' professional training,coaches' career coaches,coaches' coaching experience,and teaching experience.(5)Yancheng coach training attitude is positive,but in the attitude of the three dimensions,the performance of a certain difference,specifically reflected in the coaches cognitive factors score higher than the emotional factors and behavioral factors.(6)Yancheng primary and secondary school football training funds are not balanced,and the difference is large,both football reserve personnel training base schools have adequate training funds,and the general primary and secondary school training funds are relatively lack of.(7)The campus football training is affected by many factors.In view of the above problems,put forward the following countermeasures:(1)the sports,education departments to fully play the role of policy control,optimize the allocation of resources to ensure sustainable development of campus football.(2)According to the detailed planning for the development of women's soccer and women's football,to promote the coordinated development.(3)The primary and secondary schools to develop football development plan,improve various rules and regulations to ensure the sustainable development of campus football.(4)Take a variety of ways to improve the training effect.(5)Improve the incentive system,to ensure the enthusiasm of coaches training.
