Study On The Employment Situation Of High-Level Aerobics Athletes In Beijing

With the continuous development of China's socialist market economy system and the institutions of higher learning in China for many years of enrollment,the number of college graduates caused the rapid growth,the employment of college graduates has brought tremendous pressure,social work demand,cannot meet the increasingly fierce competition of graduates.High level athletes in Colleges and universities is cultivating special groups of students,although have proficiency in a particular line but in the current competitive employment environment,the high level athletes employment situation has also made great changes.in thispaper,using the method of literature,questionnaire,expert interview,mathematical statistics and logical analysis and other research methods,through to the Tsinghua University,Peking University,Beijing Normal University,Beijing University of Chemical Technology,Beijing Union University,Capital Normal University,Beijing University of Chinese Medicine,the 7 University of Beijing City high level aerobics member(undergraduate and students employment survey),managers and coaches the.Analysis on the employment trend of high level Aerobics athletes from the aspects of training system,training condition,employment status and influencing factors.In the training process and post employment status in the work of the problems exposed,more in-depth research object of the data of the change of comparative analysis,correlation analysis and correlation analysis of Aerobics athletes with high level of employment trends,identify problems and propose solutions suggested.In order to guarantee the high level Aerobics Athletes' quality,ensure that the graduate;increasing the employment rate,employment range,widening employment channels and increase information finally successful employment,stable employment of high level athletes in Colleges and universities to promote the construction of high level sports team,the key to sustained rapid development.The conclusions of this study are as follows:First,Beijing city college high level Aerobics athletes are more willing to engage in aerobics and professional related work after graduation to obtain the number of postgraduate,entrepreneurs continue to increase;employment units mainly concentrated in the private enterprises and institutions,schools.Two,the Beijing city college high level Aerobics athletes-2016 graduates in 2014 the employment rate of the overall upward trend,employment has relaxed state;employment area selection is still in first-tier cities and second tier city with developed economy and advanced culture,the city infrastructure is perfect for the lord.Three,the Beijing city college high level Aerobics athletes employment expectations are too high lead to job satisfaction is not high,narrow range of employment,employment in single path leading to employment choice is limited;the training objectives is not clear the employment guidance work is not systematic and comprehensive,lack of pertinence.Four,employers of graduates standards continue to improve,diversified by sector,pay more attention to comprehensive quality,athletes learning ability,is an important social factors affecting Beijing province university high level Aerobics athletes employment.Five,the Beijing city college high level Aerobics athletes can balance the time of learning and training,learning and training contradictions still exist,which need to be solved and continuous improvement;in employment opportunities,considering the influence of salary and working place and other factors on their employment greatly.
