Job burnout is a kind of engaged in helping professions, the individual can not timely and effectively alleviate the pressure of work or emotional exhaustion and properly handle all kinds of setbacks in the depersonalization and low personal accomplishment. The psychological state of emotional exhaustion is the pressure dimension refers to the individual emotional burnout, excessive consumption of resources, in the emotional exhaustion state, complete loss of enthusiasm;deindividuation is interpersonal dimensions of burnout, refers to the individual in a negative, negative, indifferent, excessively distant negative attitude towards the service object; a sense of personal effectiveness is low burnout self evaluation dimensions, refers to the individual competence and work performance decreased sense of meaning and value, tendency the negative evaluation of their work. The occupation burnout will affect the individual's work efficiency and quality, reduce the social productivity.The occupational burnout of physical education teachers in Colleges and universities in Jiangxi Province as the research object, using literature data method,questionnaire survey method, mathematical statistics, expert interviews and other research methods, on the physical education teachers in Colleges and universities in Jiangxi province job burnout situation analysis, find out the influence factors of Jiangxi Province College PE Teachers' Occupational Burnout and its mechanism, so as to offer some suggestions for, alleviate burnout levels of physical education teachers in Colleges and universities in Jiangxi Province, and improve the Jiangxi Province University Sports Teachers' work enthusiasm, improve the quality of teaching.The results showed that the level of occupation burnout of Jiangxi College Physical Education Teachers in general did not reach the relative risk degree, but has been a part of the proportion of College PE teachers showed a tendency to burnout.Jiangxi college physical education teachers to work basic satisfaction, treatment,promotion and interpersonal relationship in three aspects of satisfaction the development of two aspects and higher satisfaction in equipment and low achievement. Jiangxi province university sports teachers occupation identity only to achieve a good degree in general, the value of identity, emotional identity and identity recognition ability of high, and continued support and dedication of identity is low, the score reached only 13.25 and 15.45. in Jiangxi College physical education teachers' social support is good, subjective and objective support in three dimensions the score is high, but the utilization of support were low.Jiangxi province university sports teachers' job satisfaction, social support,occupation identity degree of occupation burnout effects are very significant, and the effect is negative. In comparison, the most significant influence on the job satisfaction factors of Jiangxi province university sports teachers occupation burnout in three kinds of influence degree of job burnout, the regression coefficient is-0.433 social support; second, the regression coefficient is-0.364; the weakest occupation identity, regression coefficient is-0.243. job satisfaction were support intermediary role in the occupation burnout level in Jiangxi province university sports teachers' occupation identity and social identity, occupation through job satisfaction of occupation burnout mediating effect of 0.508*0.477=0.242, the mediating effect to the total effect the ratio of 0.242/0.454=53.4%. social support through the mediating effect of job satisfaction for the occupation burnout 0.672*0.477=0.321,intermediary The effect of the proportion of the total effect is 0.321/0.537=55.9%.
