The mental health plays a very important role in the course of human health development.Today,in many factors that affect human mental health,depression has gradually become an unavoidable topic.In recent years,with the increasing academic pressure faced by college students and the increasingly severe employment situation,the number of college students suffering from depression is increasing year by year.It is an important task for higher education to explore the depression and its causes,and put forward effective measures and measures to prevent the onset of depression and improve the mental health of college students.Based on the physical exercise on College Students' depression can have a positive intervention for ideas and assumptions,the effect of Taijiquan Exercise on depression among college students as the starting point,combined with the domestic and foreign relevant theories and achievements of psychology,using the related psychology test scale,by the methods of literature study,expert interview method,experimental method and mathematical statistics,in a big school students as the research object,related to the college students practicing Taijiquan depression index before and after the test,the research of Taijiquan and other sports and anti depression method different effects in the improvement of College students.The study found that: to reduce their levels of depression have a significant effect of College Students' participation in sports and health course exercise and extracurricular physical exercise,Taijiquan course and the effect of exercise significantly than aerobics,table tennis,gymnastics,basketball,football and other projects;provide the corresponding psychological basis of Taijiquan exercise control for depression level of patients with depression,internal control of different levels of Taijiquan exercise the effect also have some differences,the smaller the effect of internal control,practicing Taijiquan depression prevention will be more obvious;in view of the above research results,relevant departments of the school should better promote physical exercise for to ease the psychological pressure,eliminate the role of depression in college students,especially to the Taijiquan exercise in College Students In order to prevent and reduce the occurrence of psychological depression of college students,the population is popularized and popularized.
