The school culture based on the subjective development perspective of the students is based on the subjective education idea.The school culture that aims to promote the student's subjective development is the sublation of the traditional culture and has the characteristics of modern education.The characteristics of school culture based on the perspective of student's subjective development are manifested in four aspects: promoting the active participation of the cultural atmosphere;cooperation,democracy,equal interaction and interaction;respecting the difference of education and guidance;focusing on the successful experience of education and teaching process.This article mainly elaborates on the conditions of running a school,the openness of resources to students,the current status of school community activities,and the status quo of system construction,combining urban and rural differences,differences in arts and sciences,differences in grades,differences in grades,and whether they serve as class cadres.In order to make a significant impact on the development of students' subjectivity through random sampling,a survey of nearly 700 students from high schools in Shijiazhuang area was conducted.The following questions were found:(1)There was a utilitarian tendency in the construction of school culture;(2)There is a phenomenon of reconsideration and mildness in the construction of school culture;(3)There is an unbalanced phenomenon in the construction of school culture;(4)The construction of school culture fails to fully respect the democratic rights of students.Based on the above conclusions,relevant suggestions are made on the promotion of the subject culture of the school culture.First of all,we must establish the concept of school culture that promotes the development of students' subjectivity.Second,we must build a shared school culture.Third,we must build a school culture that respects the democratic power of students.Finally,we must build a school culture that is suitable for the development of students.
