Large group activities are highly valued in kindergarten.However,with the introduction of a series of new concepts such as the play-oriented curriculum and emergent curriculum,large group activities also encountered new difficulties in the new era.The intern teachers are at the junction where they are about to end school education and begin to get in touch with first-line practice.Their special status also makes them encounter special difficulties.Whether they can solve the corresponding dilemma at this critical stage is of great significance to their subsequent development.Looking at the existing research,the research on large group activities and teacher growth has shifted to focus on "people".They pay more attention to the children in the activities and the growing teachers.However,there is a lack of in-depth research on the corresponding issues in the large group activities,as well as a lack of attention to the multi-dimensional interactions in the activities.And in the research of teacher growth and intern teachers,there is also a lack of focus on the growth of intern teachers in kindergartens.Therefore,this study takes the organization of large group activities of the intern teacher as an entry point,and attempts to explore the growth path of intern teachers on the basis of presenting the organization and improvement of the intern teacher's activities,in order to provide a new interpretation perspective and practical support strategy for the growth of intern teachers.This research mainly adopts the action research method.As a researcher and actor,I established a cooperative community with teachers in a large class in S kindergarten.Based on my own organization of large group activities,I used interviews,teacher evaluation records,and teaching reflection logs to comprehensively consider the current status of large group activities.The study took three rounds of action research,from September 2019 to January 2020,which lasted one semester.According to the action research process,each round of action is divided into four steps: planning,implementation,observation and reflection.The results of the study show that in view of the problem of neglecting the children in the large group activities,it is necessary to balance the teacher's purpose and the purpose of the child,the teacher's knowledge and ignorance,individual and collective,large group activities and other activities.Through further combing,it can be concluded that the growth of intern teachers in kindergarten needs to go through three stages: the gradually familiar adaptation period,the rapid growth promotion period,and the spiral rising platform period.On the whole,intern teachers have grown in terms of professional philosophy,professional knowledge and professional ability.The growth of intern teachers is the transformation of theory and practice from explicit conflict to explicit integration,and with the integration,the previous implicit conflict is further revealed,and then the process of new integration continues.The speed of transition between conflict and fusion changes from rapid to stable with the accumulation of experience.At the same time,the growth of intern teachers is dynamic,holistic and personal.Accordingly,in order to promote the growth of intern teachers,it is recommended that they establish the correct concept;seize opportunities and create opportunities;strengthen their reflection;actively seek help from others.The instructor should play the role of equal authority,decentralization guide and wisdom companion..
