In recent years,with the rapid development of Internet and smartphone,in real-life communication and exchanges between people less and less,the existing research has shown that loneliness of university students level is higher,the formation of loneliness is mainly influenced by external and internal factors,external factors mainly include family,school and society provided social support resources,The internal factors mainly include personal personality,thinking and cognition,and loneliness will lead to stress,anxiety and depression and other consequences that harm physical and mental health.Therefore,it is of great importance to study the mechanism of loneliness among college students and to carry out some interventions for the healthy development of college students’ physical and mental health.Study adopts integral sampling method,a quantitative research using the social support scale,inferiority complex scale and loneliness scale to investigate college students in yunnan province,studies the basic characteristics of social support,inferiority complex and loneliness and the relationship between them,and further explore the inferiority in the mediation role of social support influence on loneliness;Two intervention study,according to the results of the research is a research on college students’ inferiority complex sand table games intervention plan design,from the selection of research a inferiority complex and loneliness of higher levels of individuals as the subjects,divided into experimental group(10)and the control group(10),the two groups of subjects before and after intervention were measured before and after,and at the end of the intervention after a month to track measurement.Through quantitative research and intervention studies,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)There are significant differences in gender,one-child status,family structure and family atmosphere in college students’ social support;There were significant differences in grade,family structure and family atmosphere.There are significant differences in gender,family structure and family atmosphere.(2)College students’ social support and its dimensions are negatively correlated with their sense of inferiority and its dimensions;There was a significant positive correlation between inferiority and loneliness.Social support and all dimensions were negatively correlated with loneliness.(3)The relationship between social support and loneliness was partially mediatedby inferiority.(4)There were significant differences in self-esteem between individuals and groups before and after sandplay therapy.
