Explain classroom for students to master the local knowledge,teacher knowledge,the most effective means of teaching quality and objective assessment is the exercise class,it is true,it has also become an important part of the teaching plan.The author has abundant teaching experience,starting from personal experience,about the importance of exercise classes,especially in the high school mathematics class,the subject aims to strengthen students’ thinking and will use the knowledge to real life to exercise ability,so it is important to realize the course for the target.This requires the subject to have a strict and efficient system,not only can accelerate students to achieve the learning objectives,enhance the ability of mathematical thinking,formed in the minds of complete knowledge,for more in-depth understanding of mathematics;furthermore,the rigorous exercise class system for teachers,is to achieve the goal of teaching evaluation,to further improve the level of ability the key to strengthen the teaching mode and practical subjects where.This paper will outline as a starting point,according to the high school mathematics teaching of subject and curriculum standard,the actual situation,consider the students in addition to Polya,"how to solve my table"literature as a reference for solving the exercise class content is studied in detail and scientific.At the beginning of this article,combined with the domestic and foreign research progress of exercise classes,in the case of the rational analysis of the current existing in the high school teaching exercise process,with the help of research thinking,put forward the case series on the high school in exercise classes,expectations for this opportunity,let more people to create efficient teaching mode the research progress toward further development.In the first chapter puts forward specific purpose and significance of the study,explained the ideas and methods of the research.The second chapter defined collection of mathematics teaching theory exercises and related concepts,based on the analysis of high school mathematics course type,summed up the high school mathematics exercise class teaching mode.Combined with the specific circumstances of steel in a package.A questionnaire survey was conducted in the third chapter,the result is surprising,to recover the 99 copies of the questionnaire,55 of the students are not satisfied with the current law on exercise classes,looking forward to the new exercise class mode,I combined with students’ situation and investigate the problem of four types of high school mathematics exercises the analysis in the fourth chapter,and Classify,sort.Finally,based on the domestic and foreign research combined with the consolidation exercise class and the system of learning and Research on exercise class theory,I designed a series for example,exercise teaching.Therefore,in the first section of the fifth chapter first summarizes the specific methods and process design day,exercise classes,in section second,designed to sequence as an example of the efficient exercise class case,this is the direction of this study and innovation.
