With the development of society,physical education has become a significant component of the school educational system.It plays an important role in the whole quality-oriented education and plays a crucial part in the improvement of modern educational system.As an important part of teaching activities,teaching conditions are concerned extensively by many experts and education scholars because of its vital roles and functions.From the viewpoint of teaching theory,the quality of teaching conditions can influence the teaching quality directly or indirectly.The good sports teaching conditions can provide students with the environmental guarantee to participate in the fitness campaign;on the contrary,poor teaching conditions and inadequate teaching equipment can impede the normal proceeding and effective development of the physical education.Nowadays,the junior middle schools primarily process around PE entrance exam in the teaching designs in the urban areas of Datong,the teaching form and content is comparatively simple and students are not the principal part.Moreover,most junior middle schools have broken away completely from the requirement of new curriculum reform in Datong,teachers and parents excessive pursuit the increase of scores of physical test,which lead to the useless of physical education and design.Hence,it needs to be known better that PE teaching conditions have great influence on physical teaching activities and instruction.A healthy physical education environment needs to be created.Physical education teachers also need to be guided in sports teaching design and change the traditional and old physical education teaching methods so that a better foundation can be built to carry out the physical education and physical teaching activities.Effective and feasible measures need to be taken to solve the related issues in the process of physical education to make more contributions of physical education.This paper adopts the methods of literature,questionnaire and mathematical statistics to divide the factors of physical education into two aspects: physical factors and cultural factors.The sports teaching factors of six junior middle schools in datong city(no.1 middle school,second middle school,no.3 middle school,no.4 middle school,railway one and railway no.2 middle school)are studied.1.Teachers change their teaching activities through climate change.2.Different development levels of the school affect teaching and learning activities.3.Information resource environment has a great influence on school sports.4.Teaching quality is influenced by the level,age,skill and proportion of teachers.5.The deepening of new curriculum reform and the appearance of job burnout among teachers.6.The appearance of education should be tested.Different students have different attitudes towards the opening of PE classes.7.On the content of sports courses,students should be provided with a good learning platform for the interests of different students.8.Cultivating good infrastructure,wind,wind and teaching is the key to promoting school sports.And in view of the situation of physical education in physical education teaching and the influence of some problems put forward reasonable Suggestions,hoping to promote the development of Datong city sports education,improving students' sports skills and physical and mental health,is committed to improve the sports teaching experts and scholars to provide the reference.
