Objective: This paper observed the effects of long-term hydrogen-rich water supplementation on moderate intensity endurance exercise rats serum oxidative stress index,antioxidant index,movement function index and inflammatory index,analyed the protective effect of ong-term hydrogen-rich water on oxidative stress injury of body movement,enhance the body's antioxidant capacity and analyed its effect of improving motor function and the positive role of sports fatigue.Methods: Fourty 110-140 g healthy male SD(Sprague-Dawley)rats were randomly divided into four groups:control group(N=8,group C);exercise control group(N=12,group CS);hydrogen-rich water group(N=8,group H);hydrogen-rich water movement group(N=12,HS group).C group and CS group rats were free to eat,drink and H group and HS group rats were free eating,drinking hydrogen-rich water,the experiment lasted8 week.In the fifth week,CS group and HS group rats were trained with moderate intensity endurance treadmill for 4 weeks.Rats were sacrificed the next day after the end of the experiment,then all rats were taken blood in 24 hours and separated serum.Test the serum oxidative stress index(MDA,8-OHdG,3-NT);antioxidant index(T-AOC,TSOD,CAT,GSH-Px),motor function index(BUN,CK);inflammatory factors index(IL-1,IL-6,TNF-?,CRP)level.Results:(1)Compared with the control group,exercise control group RBC significantly increased(P<0.01),Hb,Hct significantly increased(P<0.05);(2)Compared with the control group,exercise control group rats serum T-SOD,GSH-Px,T-AOC,3-NT and 8-OHdG showed no significant difference,the content of MDA increased significantly(P<0.05),CAT activity was significantly increased(P<0.01);the activity of CAT in supplemental hydrogen-rich water group was significantly increased(P<0.01),GSH-Px increased significantly(P<0.05);(3)Compared with the exercise control group,supplementation hydrogen-rich water exercise rats serum T-SOD,3-NT and 8-OHdG had no significant difference,CAT,GSH-Px,T-AOC were significantly increased(P<0.05),the content of MDA decreased significantly(P<0.05);(4)Rat serum CK content has no significant difference between groups;(5)Compared with the control group,exercise control group rats serum BUN increased significantly,CRP increased significantly(P<0.05);(6)Compared with the exercise control group,the serum BUN ?CRP content of hydrogen-rich supplementation water exercise group rats were significantly decreased((P<0.05);(7)Rat serum IL-1?,IL-6 and TNF-? content showed no significant difference between the four groups.Conclusion:(1)4 weeks of moderate endurance training increased rats' red blood cells,hemoglobin,hematocrit levels.(2)4 weeks moderate intensity endurance exercise caused oxidative stress damage in rats.(3)Long-term supplementation of hydrogen-rich water increased antioxidant capacity of endurance exercise rats significantly.(4)Longterm supplementation of hydrogen-rich water can reduce exercise-induced oxidative stress injury of endurance exercise rats effectively.(5)Long-term supplementation of hydrogen-rich water can improve motor function.
