Many documents show that special or inspecial immune function will be destroyed during intense long time exercise or overtraining. Meanwhile, lots of free radicals' creation in sports leads to the decrease of antioxidation, even the injury of organizations.As a conditionally essential amino acid, Gin is necessary to the metabolisom of Glu during the course of the synthesis of GSH. Gin is one of the most abundant amino acids in blood circulation and free amino acid pool, it can effectively cross cell membrane to participate the Glu' s composition, further to accomulate the content of GSH so as to decrease or resist free radical's injury on organizations and organs, maitain the content of antioxidant and the acid ?alkali balance . Additionally, immune system is main space for Gin metabolism, Gin' s metabolism rate is fairly hihg in lymphocyte. Gin has many functions such as remaining the structure and function of epidermis, enhancing immune reaction. . Gin is absolutely necessary for nerve system ^ energy transportion and bio ?synthesis of types of cells as well.Objects are male SD rats . Exercise model that progressive intensity treadmill training is adopted. The activities of SOD, CAT, LDH, CK>GOT and GPT are tested respectively by auto - oxidation of Pyrogallic acid, UV - Spectropho-tometry, Colorimetry, IFCC. The contents of MDA, Hb, glycogen, BUN and BG are measured respectively by TEA, Special Reagent BOX, Anthrone Reaction, Urea enzyme - Bo Colorimetry and Glucose oxidase - peroxidase. T - cell subsets are measured by indirect fluorescence - dye. IL - 2 production is measured by ConA - induced T - cell trace test.- n -The results show that Gin contributes to keep weight' s normal increase of training rats.Gin contributes to increase thymus gland ratio of training rats, which can improve the immune deppression caused by exercise.Gin can obviously reduce the training injury on rat's heart and liver,which results in that Gin can decrease the activities of serum G(Xi\GFi\CK^LDH of training rats clearly.Gin contributes to release exercise ?induced over ?metabolism of protein, it displays that the content of BUN decreases with Gin.Gin can promote the gluconegenesis of liver, increase the contents of muscle and liver gLycogen^BG>.Hb of training rats.Gin contributes to increase the serum and organization activities of SOD^ CAT, decrease MDA content, shows that Gin can increase the antioxidation performance during intense endurance exercise. Results indicate that the training model in this experiment is likely to cause central fatigue of rat.Gin can effectively improve rats' immune deppression caused by exercise training, increase rats' immune function.
