Objective: By comparing the effects of short-term and long-term hydrogen-rich water interventions on the related indicators of female football players' sports function and anti-oxidation system function, the aim is to improve the effective ways of improving female athletes' athletic ability, reducing oxidative stress injuries, and improving exercise fatigue.Physical support and functional status improvement provide theoretical support.Methods:Twenty-four female football players from Suzhou Sports School were randomly divided into experimental group and control group with 12 in each group.During the experiment, the experimental group of testers consumed 1.5 liters of hydrogen-enriched water on demand each day.The control group athletes Drinking mineral water equivalent to that of the experimental group athletes, the two groups of athletes still follow the normal diet, routines, training and living habits, and the training content, training intensity and exercise volume remain the same. The experimental period is one year, and the blood sampling process is divided into four time points, which are the measurement of the basic value before the experiment, four weeks of the experiment, ten weeks of the experiment and one year of the experiment. Before the blood collection, the athlete adjusts and rests one day in advance. The fasting blood sample is collected at 7:00 am the next day for exercise function indicators(RBC,HGB,HCT,BUN,CK)and oxidation-antioxidant system function indicators(MDA,SOD,T-AOC)research.Results:(1)Compared with the control group, during the four weeks of experiment, the indexes of motor function of the experimental group: RBC,HGB,HCT were higher than the control group, but there was no significant difference between the two groups,BUN was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05);-Antioxidant index: MDA was significantly lower than the control group(P <0.05),TAOC was significantly higher than the control group(P <0.05).In the ten weeks of the experiment, the motor function indexes of the experimental group: RBC,HGB,and HCT were higher than those of the control group, and there was a significant difference between the HGB mean groups(P<0.05),and BUN and CK were significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).Oxidation-antioxidation index: MDA was lower than the control group,T-AOC was higher than the control group, and both indicators had extremely significant differences(P<0.01).In one year of experiment, there was no significant difference in motor function indexes of the experimental group: RBC,HGB,and HCT groups.BUN and CK were significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05),and there was a significant difference between the CK groups(P<0.01).Oxidation-antioxidation index: MDA was lower than the control group,T-AOC was higher than the control group, and there was a significant difference between the two index groups(P<0.01).(2)Compared with the baseline value, after four weeks of experimentation, motor performance indexes: RBC,HGB,and HCT showed a decreasing trend with significant differences(P<0.05).BUN increased and CK decreased, and there was no significant difference between the mean values;Antioxidation index: MDA increased,SOD significantly decreased(P<0.01),and TAOC increased.Ten weeks after the experiment, motor performance indicators: RBC,HCT increased significantly(P<0.05),BUN,CK showed an upward trend, and there was no significant difference between the values;oxidation-antioxidant index: SOD decreased, and MDA Both showed an upward trend with T-AOC,but there was no significant difference in the values. One year after the experiment, compared with 10 weeks, the motor function index: RBC decreased significantly(P<0.05),there was no significant difference between HGB and HCT,BUN continued to rise,CK decreased, there was no significant difference in the index;oxidation oxidation Indicators: MDA decreased,SOD increased, and T-AOC increased significantly(P<0.05).(3)Compared with baseline values,hydrogen-rich water was administered for four weeks.Motor performance indicators: RBC and HCT decreased significantly(P<0.05),HGB significantly decreased(P<0.01),BUN increased, and CK decreased significantly(P<0.05);-Antioxidant markers: MDA significantly decreased(P <0.05),SOD significantly decreased(P <0.01),T-AOC increased,.Compared with the four-week intervention indicators,hydrogen-rich water intervention for ten weeks, exercise performance indicators: RBC,HGB,HCT increased significantly(P <0.01),BUN and CK showed a downward trend, and BUN showed very significant differences(P<0.01);Oxidation-antioxidant index: MDA and SOD showed a decreasing trend, and MDA was significantly different(P<0.05).The T-AOC significantly increased(P<0.01).Compared with the ten-week intervention test,hydrogen-rich water was intervened for one year.Motor function indicators: RBC,HCT decreased significantly(P<0.01),HGB decreased significantly(P<0.05),BUN and CK decreased significantly(P< 0.05);Oxidation-antioxidant index: MDA decreased significantly(P<0.05),SOD increased, there was no significant difference between the values,T-AOC increased significantly(P<0.01).Analysis conclusion:(1)Short-term and long-term supplementation of hydrogenrich water has no significant effect on red blood cell index of juvenile female football players.(2)Short-term and long-term supplementation of hydrogen-rich water can alleviate exercise fatigue to a certain extent, and it has a good promotion effect on improving athletes' exercise performance.(3)Both short-term and long-term supplem entation of hydrogen-rich water can inhibit the oxidative stress damage of free radicals after long-term high-intensity exercise, and increase the total antioxidant capacity, but the effect on increasing the content of antioxidant enzymes is not obvious.Further research and discussion in the future.
