Purpose of Research:First of all,understanding the psychological sub-health and physical activities states of junior high school students in the Yangtze River Delta region;The prevalence rate of psychological sub-health among junior middle school students with different characteristics was discussed;exploring the correlation between different physical activity indicators and psychological sub-health of junior high school students.Research Methods:Based on stratified cluster random sampling principle,questionnaire surveys were carried out on 1644 students from six collected junior high school.Every junior high school were selected in age 13 and 14.Multidimensional Sub-health Questionnaire of Adolescents(MSQA)and Physical activity status questionnaire use for this survey;Using SPSS 19.0 software for statistical analysis,statistical methods are mainly chi square analysis and logistic regression.Research Results:1)The basic status of psychological sub-health of junior high school students in Shanghai and Jiangsu areas:The detection rate of psychological sub-health status was 21.7%in 1644 junior middle school students surveyed,the detection rate of psychological sub-health symptom was 29.7%,and the psychological health detection rate was 48.6%;the detection rate on the emotional problem level was 26.5%,the detection rate was 27.1%on the level of conduct problem,and the detection rate was 16.7%at the social adaptation level.2)The survey results of junior high school students showed that Shanghai and Jiangsu junior high school students' psychological sub-health status of Shanghai junior high school students' psychological sub-health symptoms,detection rates were 18.5%and 30.9%in Shanghai,25.3%and 28.5%in Jiangsu,the mental health of middle school students in Jiangsu were detected in 50.6%and 46.2%.Detection rate of the psychological sub-health state and psychological sub-health is significant difference in city.3)The different characteristics of junior high school students' Psychological Health Survey:Gender:male and female junior high school students psychological sub-health state of junior high detection rates were 21.6%and 21.7%.The prevalence of psychological symptoms was 31.1%and 28.2%;the grade level:grade one and grade two students' psychological sub-health state detection rates were 21.3%and 22.2%,psychological symptoms the detection rate was 30.7%and 28.2%;the psychological sub-health dimensions:students emotional problems,conduct problems and social adaptation difficulties rate were 28.4%,27.3%and 19%,students were 25.2%,27%and 15.2%,but only two grade students in social adaptation difficultieswas significantly different(P<0.05);In terms of detection rates of emotional problems,conduct problems and social adaptation difficulties,boys were 27%,27.8%and 18.3%;girls were25.8%,26.4%and 14.8%,There was no significant difference between sexes(P>0.05).4)the relationship between physical activity and health of junior high school students' psychological sub-health:boys to learn,sleep time,physical exercise,video frequency,time and weekend sports activities on psychological sub-health.There were significant differences in the rate(P<0.05);girls in addition to learning way on weekends and activities the way,other physical activity factors,such as sleep time,physical exercise,video frequency,sports time there were significant differences(P<0.05).Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that Shanghai(OR=0.643,95%CI =0.477-0.865),male(OR=0.729,95%CI =0.575?0.924),indoor?outdoor(OR=0.510,95%CI =0.350-0.743),positive way to go to school(OR=0.692,95%CI =0.526-0.910)of the junior high school students tend to mental health,and the video for more than 2 hours(OR=1.715,95%CI=1.256?2.342),sleep less than 6 hours(OR=3.072,95%CI=1.945?4.854),lack of time for physical exercise(OR=2.955,95%CI=1.678?5.205)of the junior high school students tend to mental sub-health status.Research Conclusion:1)Compared with junior high school students in Jiangsu,junior middle school students in Shanghai are less psychological sub-health detection rate;2)There were no significant differences in psychological sub-health Status and symptoms among junior middle school students of different characteristics(grade and gender);3)The prevalence rate of psychological sub-health status in junior middle school students is higher,and it is more affected by physical activity related factors.
