Research purposes: In recent years, the behavioral habits of children and adolescents have changed, and physical activity(PA)insufficiency has become a public health problem of widespread concern in the world. It is also an important factor threatening the physical and mental health of children and adolescents in our country. On the basis of understanding the physical activity and mental sub-health status of middle school students in Ji'an City,Jiangxi Province, this study explored the impact of physical activity on the psychological sub-health of middle school students, and provides a scientific basis for formulating effective intervention measures.Research methods: 4266 middle school students in Ji'an City were randomly selected as the research subjects.A questionnaire survey was used to investigate the physical activity and mental sub-health of the research subjects.First, the K-S normality test method was used to test the physical activities of middle school students, including high-intensity physical activity(Vigorous Physical Activity,VPA),moderate physical activity(MPA),low-intensity physical activity(Low Physical The normality of variables such as LPA)and total physical activity(Total Physical Activity,TPA)was found to be skewed to varying degrees.Secondly, the percentage of Moderate-to-Vigorous Physical Activity(MVPA)deficiency was calculated. The PA variable was non-normally distributed,so nonparametric test(Kruskal-Wallis H or Wilcoxon rank sum test for two independent samples)and chi-square test were used to compare the differences in PA status of various types of middle school students.Lastly,Logistic regression was used to analyze the relationship between physical activity intensity and mental sub-health.SPSS25.0 software was used for the above mathematical statistics, and the test level was ?=0.05.Research result:1)Physical activity status of middle school students: The PA status of middle school students in Ji'an City generally needs to be concerned. The TPA of male and female students decreases with the increase of grades. The physical activity in the third grade is the least, which are 58 min/d and 47.29 min/d respectively;Overall, except for LPA(14.14min/d),urban students' other PA status is better than that of rural students.Among them, the MVPA deficiency rate of middle school students in Ji'an City is as high as 58.3%,the MVPA deficiency rate of girls is 65.6% higher than that of boys50.4%,and the MVPA deficiency rate of rural students is 63.3% higher than that of urban 56.6%.2)Mental sub-health status of middle school students: In terms of gender, the detection rates of emotional sub-health for boys and girls are 28.7% and 34.5%respectively,the detection rates of conduct sub-health are 28.3% and 29.6%respectively,and the detection rates of social adaptation sub-health are 28.3% and29.6% respectively.18.7% and 20.7%,and the detection rates of mental sub-health were 23.4% and 26.0%,respectively,and girls were higher than boys;in terms of residence, the detection rates of emotional sub-health in rural and urban areas were33.4% and 31.1%,respectively.The detection rates of health were 32.4% and 27.8%,the detection rates of social adaptation sub-health were 23.3% and 18.5%,and the detection rates of mental sub-health were 27.5% and 23.8%,respectively.%)was higher than that of rural students(31.2%),and the others were lower than those of rural middle school students;in addition, the detection rate of senior middle school students was lower than that of lower grade students. In terms of physical activity, when MVPA reached the standard, the detection rate of mental sub-health was lower than that when MVPA was insufficient;the longer the time of physical activity, the lower the detection rate of mental sub-health.3)Influencing factors of mental sub-health: In the analysis of emotional sub-health,the detection rate of emotional sub-health in boys is lower than that in girls(OR=1.298,95%CI: 1.135-1.486),and sleep is moderate(OR=0.529,95%CI).:0.446?0.628)and adequate sleep(OR=0.443,95%CI: 0.335?0.585),the detection rate of emotional sub-health in middle school students with low sleep was lower than that in middle school students and senior three students with low sleep(OR=0.375,95%CI: 0.285?0.492)The detection rate of emotional sub-health is lower than that of the first-year students. In the analysis of conduct sub-health,middle school students with moderate sleep(OR=0.543,95%CI: 0.456-0.647)and adequate sleep(OR=0.494,95%CI: 0.373-0.653)had lower detection rates of conduct sub-health than those with sleep The conduct of junior high school students, senior one(OR=0.614,95%CI:0.493 ? 0.766),senior two(OR=0.547,95%CI: 0.434 ? 0.690),senior three(OR=0.297,95%CI: 0.224?0.393)The detection rate of sub-health is lower than that of first-year students. In the analysis of social adaptation sub-health,the detection rate of social adaptation sub-health among middle school students with moderate sleep(OR=0.524,95%CI: 0.433-0.634)and adequate sleep(OR=0.431,95%CI:0.312-0.596)was lower than The detection rate of social adaptation sub-health in middle school students with low sleep and in senior three(OR=0.406,95%CI:294-2.561)was lower than that in junior high school students, and the detection rate of social adaptation sub-health in urban middle school students was lower than that in rural middle school students(OR = 0.715,95% CI: 0.599 to 0.852).In the analysis of mental sub-health state, the detection rate of mental sub-health state in rural middle school students is higher than that in urban middle school students(OR=0.800,95%CI: 0.678-0.943),and sleep is moderate(OR=0.515,95%CI: 0.431-0.616)and adequate sleep(OR=0.410,95%CI: 0.304-0.554),the detection rate of mental sub-health state of middle school students was lower than that of middle school students with low sleep and senior three(OR=0.472,95%CI: 0.353-0.630).The detection rate of sub-health state is lower than that of the first-year students.Conclusions:1)The TPA of male and female students in Ji'an decreases with the increase of grades, and the insufficiency rate of MVPA is relatively high, especially the physical activity of female students, rural students and junior three students is seriously insufficient.2)The female middle school students in Ji'an City are higher than the male students, the rural areas are higher than the urban areas, and the mental sub-health problems are more prominent when the MVPA is insufficient.3)High TPA is a protective factor for emotional sub-health and mental sub-health.City is a protective factor for behavioral sub-health,social adaptation sub-health and mental sub-health.The risks of each mental sub-health decrease with the increase of grade and sleep time.
