In the outline of national medium and long term educational reform and development plan(2010-2020)put forward by China in 2010,we proposed that we should build high-quality faculty,strengthen the construction of the teachers' morality and improve teachers' teaching level.Lesson presentation comes from the basic educational practice of China,which plays a certain role in enhancing teachers' communication and improving teachers' teaching level.It's an effective way to improve teachers' teaching skills.This paper chooses the practice research of senior high school physics lesson presentation as the research topic,it expounds the research background from the demand of state for talents and physical education talents and expands the research significance on the promotion of physics teachers 'teaching skills by lesson presentation.Through the summarization of the current research in China,it is found that although there are many researches on the content,process,evaluation and application of lesson presentation,there are few researches on physics lesson presentation.Through the review of foreign speaking classes,it is found that there are no lesson presentations in foreign countries,but there are some spontaneous teachers' groups have similar forms with lesson presentation.According to the results of the summary,the author gives the connotation and theoretical basis of the lesson presentation,guiding the design of the lesson presentation draft with the theoretical basis.In order to further understand the lesson presentation situation of senior high school physics teachers,the author conducted questionnaires and interviews on senior high school physics teachers.Through the analysis of the results of the questionnaire,it is found that the lesson presentation frequency of senior high school physics teachers is basically once to twice a week.Their lesson presentation drafts are mostly copied from online presentation drafts.The quality is not high.They have some deficiency in lesson presentation process,principle and relevant analysis methods.Through the analysis of the interview results,it is found that the needs of the new teachers,the backbone teachers and the old teachers are different.It is urgent for the new teachers to learn the excellent teaching experience of the young-middle-aged backbone teachers and old teachers with the help of lesson presentation and they also need arm themselves with relevant analysis methods of lesson presentation.The lesson presentation of the young-middle-aged backbone teachers and old teachers depend on their teaching experience and they need certain analysis methods of lesson presentation to sublimate each link of lesson presentation.According to the results of investigation and analysis,the author gives the process,principles and strategies of lectures,aiming to provide a new reference for physics teachers in senior high schools.Under the guidance of the theoretical basis of speaking lesson,according to the process,principles and strategies of lectures,the senior high school physics is divided into four parts: rule class,concept class,experiment class and review class,the author designs different lesson presentation notes.During the internship,the author conducted a lesson presentation under the guidance of the teacher out of school and expanded the analysis methods of all links through the teacher's guidance.During the period of teaching,the author did many lesson presentations and continued to improve the theory under the guidance of the "master",especially the analysis of learning status by experienced method.Through lesson presentations during the periods of internship and teaching,the author's teaching skills have been further improved,the interest in physics learning of the students in the class has been improved and academic performance is among the best.At the same time,through the study of “Niu Jia class",the author's research is recommended to several other senior high school physics teachers in Qingdao.They designed lesson presentation notes and implemented teaching by referring to the content of this study.After continuous learning and practice,their lesson presentation ability and teaching skills have also been improved.This study provides reference for senior high school physics teachers' lesson presentation,especially for the new teachers to learn teaching experience and related theories rapidly.
