Research For The Application Of Project Management In Professional Skill Identification

Project management was first used in the western developed countries in the military field,but China started late to begin systematic research and practice on project management in the 90 s.The current system of project management theory and professional development compared with developed countries,there is still a considerable gap.Now most social activities operate in the form of project,so the concept of project management is into all walks of life in various activities and social practice.The diversification and differentiation of the industry and project types,which led to the diversification of the theory and methods of project management,promoted the diversification development of current project management.Professional skill appraisal is an assessment of the real level of the vocational skills of workers,and it is an important system of scientific and reasonable evaluation of the talents under China's socialist market economy system.Carrying out and implementing the occupation qualification certificate examination,assessment and implementation of certificate of occupation qualification system,is not only the provisions of the labor law and the occupation education law,but also an important measure to implement the implementation of human resources development in China which has always advocated "science and education" strategy.It is of great practical significance to improve the ability of software and hardware construction,to improve the overall quality of the people,and to promote the development of China's economy and society.At the same time,with the development of the society and the development of science and technology,the requirement of the quality and skills of the workers will continue to improve.How to improve the quality of professional skill appraisal in China has become an important task to solve.Therefore,the research on it is of great significance to realize its social value.The purpose of this paper is to make more professional skills appraisal agencies to understand the application of project management in the work of vocational skills appraisal,and to strive to change the traditional experience of vocational skills appraisal and extensive management model.By establishing a perfect project management system,introducing the concept and the implementation of project management mode to professional skill appraisal work,could help to solve some problems which are existing during the work process.And improving the quality of professional skill appraisal by innovative management system and management methods,to ensure making the development of professional skill appraisal work sustainably.This paper is based on the theory of project management,adopts the methods of literature,comparison and deepening,case analysis and so on.The first chapter of the paper introduces the significance of the research,the goal of the research,the content and the research mentality and the methods.The second chapter introduces the theoretical basis and the definition of the concept of project management and professional skill appraisal.The third chapter starts with the basic theory of project management,and analyzes the demand analysis of the project management in the professional skill appraisal,also explains the necessity and feasibility of the project management.The fourth chapter introduces the model construction of the project management in the professional skill appraisal.Project management theory is an important part of professional skill appraisal management theory.Through the introduction of the nine knowledge areas of project management into the professional skill appraisal,this paper expounds the frame design of the project management in the professional skill appraisal work.Through the introduction of project management to reform the old management mode,the occupation skill identification unit is into the program and track text quality management,a solid foundation for improving the quality of occupation skill appraisal.In the fifth chapter,the paper makes a case study of the appraisal work of Yingtian Vocational and Technical College to prove the rationality and feasibility of the project management model.Finally,the paper summarizes and prospects the whole work.
