The Student's Association In University Student Ideological And Political Education Function Research

Youth is the hope of the nation and the future of the country, college students are resources of human talents. It has the vital significance that the college students undergo effective ideological and political education, ensure them grow healthily, so that students have a firm belief in the ideals of high patriotism, a strong sense of social responsibility, to undertake the historical task of speeding up the socialist modernization and create a great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation's bright prospect.Student societies refer to the student organization that is based on their own interest, hobby, specialty, and faith, in accordance with the relevant national guidelines and regulations, under the guidance of self regulation and freewill establish activities. With the college community's rapid rise and vigorous development, a new field of ideological and political work of college students is opened, it has become the new position to strengthen and improve college students'ideological and political education. It is an effective way for college students to do self education, self management and self service and also plays an indispensable role in the ideological and political education of college students.The CPC Central Committee and the State Council point out in the "Suggestion about further strengthening and improving ideological and political education" that we must rely on class, associations and other organizations, to carry out ideological and political education of college students. In 2005, Ministry of education and Central Committee of the Communist Youth League emphasized in the "Opinion on the strengthening and improving university students'society working" that college students'association is an important way to implement quality education, it plays an important role in strengthening construction of campus culture, improving comprehensive quality of students, guiding the students to adapt to the society, and promoting the growth of students employment etc. It is also the important organization mobilization way to build students'ideological and political education and the important complement to carry on the students'ideological and political education under the new situation. Therefore, it is of vital importance to carefully analyze the effect of student organizations in ideological and political education for further strengthen and improve the ideological and political education of college students.This paper takes the connotation and characteristics of college associations as the logic starting point, the student organizations in ideological and political education of college students as the center content, the effect of students'association in college students'ideological and political education and its restricting factors as the stay point. This paper analyzes and researches the current ideological and political education of college students, effect of students association in the ideological and political education and its constraints and puts forward the measures. The main content has the following five parts.Chapter one:Introduction. This chapter mainly explains the research background and research significance, summarizes the current situation of student's ideological and political education, and elaborates the research ideas and research methods.Chapter two:Basic situation of students'association. This chapter describes the meaning of student organizations, points out that the characteristics of student association are autonomy, member's consistency, universality and opening of the members, diversity and flexibility of activity, self-discipline of normative acts and loose of organizational management. There are four basic types:theory learning, academic research, sports and entertainment, public services. The current student organizations in China are analyzed.Chapter three:effect of student organizations in ideological and political education of college students. This chapter combined with the second chapter discusses the seven roles of student organizations in the ideological and political education on the basis of characteristics of student organizations and types namely for providing a new field for the ideological and political education, enriching the college students'ideological and political education carrier, improving the effectiveness of college students'ideological and political education, promoting ideological and political education work reform and innovation, helpful for college students'ideological and political quality and the humanities quality raise, promoting physical and mental health of college students, effectively promote the socialization of college students. Students'association is an important component of the campus culture.Chapter four:Restricting factors of student organizations in ideological and political education. This chapter analyzes from three aspects of school level constraints, student association level constraints and personal constraints, tries to find out factors that restrict realization of students ideological and political education function.Chapter five:measures to further play the role of student organizations in ideological and political education. This chapter puts forward solutions for the constraints referred to in chapter four. That is complete the student association leadership mechanism, strengthen the student association organization construction and improves students' activities of quality. The realization of student organizations in ideological and political education of college students are reviewed in the paper.
