To cultivate excellent talents not only takes time,but also need the good teacher.Our country enter to the gross enrollment,it makes the popularization of higher education has entered the stage.Therefore,training high quality talents,and strengthening the construction of faculty is extremely important.Selecting a representative universities— W university as the research object,using the case method,literature analysis,mathematical statistics method to research the Faculty Academic Origin Structure,based on the data collection and analysis,found that W high school mainly exist the following problems: the rate of overseas margin is low;the doctor disciplines of learning development imbalance;women Doctors ratio is low;the backbone of scientific research,should be increased;teacher graduated from in Hubei province is high,the ‘academic inbreeding' come to in science and engineering master's stage.The causes of the problem as the followings: first,the influence of local university cooperation.Secondly,science and arts has uneven development.Third,the competitiveness of universities.Finally,talent introduction systems also influence teachers Faculty Academic Origin Structure.By drawing from Britain,the United States,Japan and other developed countries and Hong Kong's Faculty Academic Origin Structure experience,and put forward the good ideas to Faculty Academic Origin Structure.
