Research On Resource Allocation Of Tennis Sports In Universities In Fujian Province

By using methods of documentation,interview survey,questionnaire,comparative analysis,mathematical statistics and logical analysis,the dissertation would investigate,compare and analyze resource allocation of tennis sports in undergraduate universities in Fujian Province.The research divides undergraduate universities in Fujian into four categories,universities with sports department and without,provincial key universities and general universities.provincial key universities with sports majors and general universities,provincial key universities without sports majors and general universities.The research indicates that resource allocation about tennis sports in universities in Fujian Province mainly includes human resource,material resource,financial resource,organization resource,and information exchanging resource.The lever of the overall resource allocation of tennis sports in universities in Fujian is low,which is lower than the allocation standard.Different kinds of resource allocation of tennis sports in different universities have large difference.The effective approaches to achieve harmonious development of resources allocation of tennis sports and the culture of campus tennis is to plan resource allocation of tennis sport reasonably and develop sharing ways of tennis resources.
