In recent years, our social and economic development, social status and operation of institutions of higher learning environment has changed, higher is no longer the sense of the scientific research unit has become the main force and relying on the basis of social development. in the shoulder greater talent training, research, community service task. the common institutions are strengthened Guizhou in the allocation and practice, and has achieved certain effectiveness. the teacher is optimized distribution of rapid development.This paper aims to study the present situation and existing problems of faculty allocation at 8 ordinary undergraduate universities in Guizhou, such as unbalanced structure, lack of innovative talent, severe brain drain, inaccurate performance assessment and inappropriate incentives. These problems present challenges to faculty building at these universities. Main reasons for the above problems are analyzed. Countermeasures and suggestions are advanced in terms of faculty allocation, including transforming ideology, strengthening income mechanism, improving performance assessment system, establishing incentive mechanism, improving market mobility mechanism, establishing job setting mechanism in line with the market rules, and improving faculty structure.
