Research On The Cultivation Of University Students' Employment Capability From The Perspective Of Maker Culture

University students' employment is the main focus that our party and our country always concerns and emphasizes.With the prevailingness and development of higher education popularization and the number of university graduates constantly increasing,the situation of university employment is becoming serious and serious.The stability of employment is very low,and university students' self-employment is still in weakness.University students employment capability deficiency is the main factor that leads to the problem of university students' employment among all factors.University students employment deficiency is mainly embodied in the following aspects: lacking awareness of innovation and entrepreneurship on their own,solid profession knowledge and skills,capability of autonomous learning and practice,communication and interpersonal skills and capability of teamwork.The Maker culture based on innovation and practice provide a new platform for cultivation of university students' employment.The core of Maker culture is to combine what we have learned with practical problems by exploring and experiencing,strengthening university students' consciousness of employment subject constantly and consciousness of teamwork,perfecting university students' knowledge system and learning ability,cultivating students' innovative and practical capacity,enhancing students' professional characters and personal characters.However,nowadays the cultivation of Chinese Maker culture exists the following problems such as the unhealthy of government stimulus mechanism and guarantee mechanism,incompleteness on teaching system of university Maker culture cultivation,and deficiency on students' capability of self-cultivation etc..Therefore,the paper puts forward mechanism of Maker culture cultivation to intensify capability of university students employment by the following three methods: first,policy making and legislation systems should be optimized,and the promoting role of the government should be clarified;second,universities should establish the educational system of Maker Culture,strengthen the cooperation with companies,reinforce vocation guidance and the resources of teaching staff,constantly improve the cultivating mode of college students' employment ability;third,enhance college students' personal awareness of self-cultivation,change their ideasabout employment,improve the sense of creation and comprehensive ability.
