Universities play an important role in students' transition from school to society, from learners to laborers. In order to go through this transition, students' employability must be enhanced. The idea of employability reflects the comprehensive needs of current society, college students and universities. For college students, the employment competition is becoming more and more intense, for the rapid increasing number of individuals who receive higher education. With the improvement of the education level of employees, employers have more demanding requirements to the employers. The employers require that the graduates not only have diplomas but also have comprehensive abilities. Therefore, nowadays, the abilities to work with teammates and communicate with clients, also the capacities to adapt to the changing environment and practice skills, become the essential goals for the college to educate students and enterprises'selection.The writer of this paper analysis and summarize previous investigation of the similarity article firstly, on the basis of analyzed the external pressure and subjective contradiction of college student employment, and the deficiencies which presented in previous capacity evaluation. I would like to put the results of previous research by former group to use in this paper, a test paper on college student employability was accomplished with the method of document analysis, questionnaire and the reliability and validity examine. And then I can get the questionnaire of Undergraduates'Employment Capability, tests on employability are carried out by the way of combining the qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis, mainly depends on qualitative method while supplemented by quantitative method. The experiment data are analyzed by SPSS statistic software. A comprehensive evaluation on employability was given to the individual potential employee based on the factor analysis. The result shows that the application suggestions and the final result of Undergraduates'Employment Capability.
