| Colleges and universities are educational institutions in the country.University teachers are the cornerstone to support college education training base who play a decisive role in the modernization construction.Teachers in Colleges and universities not only spread cultural knowledge but also leads the all-round development of the students.So college teachers’ health status is particularly important for making use of their knowledge to the greatest extent According to research at present college teachers’ health status showed a downward trend year by year.Unfortunately many elites in college dies in their early years when they were about to make contribution to the society College teachers’ physical health has become an important problem.In this studythe author uses literature questionnaire survey mathematical statistics,logic analysis and other methods investigating health status and the factors influencing it of 212 teachers from Harbin Engineering University.Its main content includes: the teachers’ health status,work status living status exercise and then analyzed health status and the factors influencing it of teachers from Harbin Engineering University from three different age groups which gets conclusion as follows:Most teachers in Harbin Engineering University are in sub-healthy status.Teachers from different age groups are suffering from different chronic diseases;Teachers in Harbin Engineering University are facing great work pressure and heavy scientific research task.Most teachers are not satisfied with their current work which they believe has been beyond their handling capacity;Teachers in Harbin Engineering University do not have a healthy lifestyle which can be seen as unhealthy diet irregular work schedules unhealthy living habits and simplex hobbits;Teachers in Harbin Engineering University lack of scientific and reasonable physical exercise.Most teachers exercise with less time strength diversity and motivation;Teachers in Harbin Engineering University lack of teachers school health policies and institutions,inadequate attention to the teachers’ health。To sum up health status of teachers in Harbin Engineering University can be improved from perspective of physical exercise combined with health behaviors and physical health promotion theory together with making physical health promotion and healthy behavior scheme for teachers from different age group.Put forward to strengthen the teachers` attention from the school health policy level,on the school website,newspaper column to provide health care knowledge for teachers,the transmission of health education from Twitter and Wechat.to intervention on unhealthy behavior,encourage teachers to develop a correct and healthy way of life,encourage the teachers to go out of the office,go into the sunshine,go into the playground;the teachers to participate in physical exercise into the faculty assessment indicators suggest. |
