A Research On The Actuality And Countermeasures Of Physical Activities' Implement In Fuzhou City District' Kindergartens

This article uses literature methods and so on questionnaire investigation,expert interview methods,mathematical statistics and other research methods,carries on the investigation and analysis on the sports activities of 20 kindergartens from the five distracts of Fuzhou City,sorts out the the venue,equipment,teachers,etc,for the kindergarden sports activities and looks for the main ways and the restriction factors of children' sports activities.The results showed that:1,Most of the principle of the kindergarten and preschool teachers are women,there is serious imbalance between men and women;the education levels are mostly college,there is a lack of high-level teaching staff.Children's sports scientific research ability and level is relatively low,there is no professional and full-time preschool physical education teachers.2,The preschool teachers have very few courses on preschool physical education,most of the teachers do not participate in sports teaching training,as the teachers'continuing education is the important basis to ensure the quality of teaching,therefore,preschool teachers in the teaching activities of the children's sports business is relatively thin.3,In the survey of the kindergardens,more than 90%has no independent indoor sports hall.Most outdoor sports venues are made by plastics or sponge pads.Although the sports equipment is relatively abundant,the proportion that can meet the sports activities is only 16.36%.4,The children's sports activities are conducted by teachers with two kinds of forms:part time job on campus and part time job off campus,and give priority to on-campus part-time jobs.There are no full-time preschool physical education teachers,and these part-time teachers have very few knowledge of young children'sports or basic sports.5,The principle of the kindergarten and preschool teachers on children's sports activities who carry out an attitude for "general" is over 60%,as a result,most of the principle and preschool teachers was so passive and negative on the development of children' sports activities.This directly affect the length of time and frequency of children'sports activities.It fixes the fact that the kindergartens who carry out sports activities for below 1 hour is up to 60%,however,the attitude of most parents in this aspects of is just on the opposite.6,The form of the children's sports activities are mainly "morning exercises,outdoor activities and sports games",under the investigation,there is no special sports curriculum.The content takes the children's basic action as the main body,but the usage of the children's sports teaching material is "general".On this basis,this study puts forward feasible countermeasures and suggestions,and gives out proposed reference for the development of Fuzhou preschool physical education curriculum.
