The infant stage is the key period for children to grow up, sports is an important part of early childhood education can not be ignored, the children to participate in scientific and reasonable physical activity is the effective way to promote the overall development of children’s physical and mental. Rousseau in< Emil> pointed out:"if you want to develop children’s intelligence, you should the intellectual control of physical culture. Kindergarten is the main place of children activities, early childhood education is important factors influence children’s physical and mental health of all-round development.This paper to Shandong Province Linqing county 20 kindergartens in rural areas (including public kindergartens 8, private kindergarten 12) sports development present situation as the research object, using literature, questionnaire survey method, interview method, field survey method, mathematical statistics, logic analysis method, has carried on the thorough investigation and study to the present situation of the physical activities in kindergarten development analysis. Research results:1) differences in physical activities in kindergarten development of Linqing County Township East region is significant, this is decided by the difference of the rural economy.2) the gender ratio of kindergarten teachers is relatively large, with young female teachers, age structure, educational structure is unreasonable, teachers and students than serious disorders, most of the kindergarten teachers did not participate in specialized sports training.3) the hardware condition of the kindergarten is poor:the activity space is insufficient, the basic take the cement to give priority to, the activity equipment facility is not rich, the indoor sports activity room is seriously insufficient.4) the content of sports activities is not rich enough, teachers are generally focused on the game or free activities, there is no clear goal of the health of young children, teachers in the form of random.5) kindergarten teachers’ education teaching concept is backward, the classroom teaching to impart knowledge primarily, kindergarten is very little organized children’s sports activities.6) influenced by the rural traditional thought, the lack of awareness of parents, the existence of the concept of light body weight, is not conducive to the development of kindergarten sports activities. Countermeasure:1) Linqing county education department strengthen management of kindergartens in rural areas, for the rural kindergarten provide more funding, improve the current kindergarten sports facilities.2) improvement of Linqing County Rural Construction of kindergarten teacher structure3) kindergarten to consider the introduction of sports college graduates, sports professional kindergarten teachers can provide scientific and reasonable, rich and colorful sports activities for young children.4) scientific and reasonable formulation of children’s sports activities and objectives. Kindergarten according to the child’s age, physical and psychological characteristics to carry out a variety of sports activities and organizational forms.5) rural kindergartens should actively make use of the good natural environment in rural areas to be creative.6 home to build, update the concept of children’s parents.
