At present,China is in the key period of social transformation and reform,with the reform and innovation,people's life rhythm,work competitive pressure,and the problem of job burnout increasingly.At the same time,the teachers of higher vocational colleges as a typical aid industry,is undoubtedly a high incidence of occupational burnout.This study clarifies the related theory of job burnout,and defines the concept of higher vocational education and higher vocational colleges,teachers' job burnout and vocational teachers' job burnout.According to the existing research results and combined with the Fujian province provincial conditions,the compilation and revision survey questionnaire scale,Fujian higher vocational colleges teachers as the research object,selected 8 public and private vocational colleges including Fujian provincial capital,special economic zone,coastal cities and inland cities,conducted a questionnaire survey of their teachers.Combined with the questionnaire data,this paper analyzes the current situation of vocational burnout of higher vocational college teachers in Fujian province,and analyzes the differences of demographic variables including gender,age,marriage,geographical location,and nature of college.According to the results,the causes of teachers' job burnout in Fujian vocational colleges are classified as internal and external causes,and some prevention and mitigation countermeasures are proposed from three levels of social"environment",vocational colleges "small environment" and higher vocational college teachers.
